No prob Rat. Just log on and use a Birmingham UK Postcode and it will accept you every time.
I used one near where I lived there years ago.
    B277HA should do it.

I'd say Andy Jenkins is finished anyway but I think that maybe the way the Darts Regularity Authority work is they have meetings at regular intervals to discuss any cases that have come up and Jenkins prob won't come before them for a while yet, some say maybe after the World's
I hope I'm wrong but either way his days should be numbered !

With 2 to qualify from Group stages its thrown up some interesting early battles. Lotta players included in this are gone off form for quite a while since they would have originally qualified for this .... like Barney and Part to name just 2 !

Is this retsricted to UK residents?
Usually is King but you could try googling it to see if anybody is streaming it live or use a Proxy server to fool their system into thinking you are in the UK. Again Google it for hints on how-to.
I've used http://www.ustream.tv/discovery/live/sports for live boxing once or twice and it was OK but don't know if they will be showing the darts. Trouble is a lot of these are unreliable. I've Multichannel too but kept an old Sky dish connected to an equally old Sky Digi box that has long lost its card. However I still have all the free to air channels on it thats great for events just like this.
I've seen them at carboot sales regularly for about E30/40.

I think Barney and Painter will qualify from that group! Also think Hankey got an easy enough group, I see him qualifying for the second round!

You could also try http://www.fromsport.com/ Kingp. I used it for the championship league darts, good quality!

Was just talking to Darin Young on Facebook, says he has a tough group but he's confident of getting through! It is a though group with Terry Jenkins, Adrian Lewis and Dennis Ovens!

Looking at the draw it's hard to see anyone else bar Taylor winning this tournament. Looking at the draw groups E-H are on the opposite half to Taylor so an each way bet on a player from these groups will be my bet. Adrian Lewis @ 40/1 with 180bets.com is a great price and has the potential to reach the final but is his head in the right frame of mind for the tournament is another question!

I reckon they will be, they usually are.

Would love to see Priestley or Van Gerwen win through the qualifiers. Obviously Jacko too ;)
