    Apologies folks, the mods have just reminded me that the winner hasn't been announced - I've been in that kind of get-the-Christmas-forum-and-content-and-the-budget-and-everything-else frame of mind and forgot to tell you that the winner had been PM'd on December 3 and haven't gotten back to me yet so if they don't by this evening, I'll pick and announce a new winner tomorrow.
