It seems I picked a good year to start paying attention to the Premiership again.

Arsenal are officially a sinking ship.

I actually felt awful for Wenger.. In between being delighted at the result, and laughing at the number of times the keeper was chipped. Shockin' stuff. Some lovely goals. Love how United and City are only separated by a single goal in the table. Thank you, 8-2, for making that in favour of United. :D

I'm only paying any attention to how City are doing because Mayo's run in the championship has brought a desire for a team to follow. Unless somebody can find some obscure sport I haven't thought of?

Ah, ffs. Went from 1st to 11th in the Fantasy Football. The new top 6 all had captained Rooney. Why would you captain Rooney vs Arsenal, a game only expected to throw out the odd goal or two, maybe even a scoreless draw? :(

Where can I join C&H Fantasy Football?
I´m pissed as the site deleted my team

Unknown is the admin, so you will have to request the code off him.

Midnight has a C&H H2H league going as well.

You're jammy for getting that scoreline. We beat a much better Tottenham than you did by a bigger margin and got overlooked because you beat a shambolic Arsenal by a country mile.

    Sickened. :P

I agree with Jackobyte. This Fantasy Football lucking-out is killing me inside.

I really just planned on leaving Rooney captain the whole time seeing as there's always the chance that he'll score a goal or two.....at least there is in my mind. Should have captained Dzeko instead though, he got two points more then Rooney:rolleyes:

However, I am feeling rather smug from my position. I think this is the frist time I've ever been winning anything (even if it is joint)

Ireland's group for the euros qualifers has certainly opened up wide.

    However

Richard Dunne said to Trap "put on more russians" Trap said "there are no more" :pac:

I had Dzeko, Rooney and Ashley Young on my team that week, was delighted with it :P.

As for Ireland's result last night, not sure how to react. It was really hard to watch but leaves us in a good place going into the last game. Fair play to Dunne though.

    Rugbbbbby!

That first match result was totally expected. Wonder will there be anyone to challenge the All Blacks this year...?

I think if anyone will, it'll be Australia. I'd tip them over the All Blacks if not for the fact that the All Blacks have a Cup-hungry home crowd cheering them on.

Couldnt agree more! Aus are looking good.
I have a little dream that Samoa will go on to do grea things in the RWC.

I have to say, Sonny Bill Williams is a fabulous player. I hadn't seen him play before but wow, is he impressive or what?

Hope australia win (unless Ireland somehow start to beast).

Any of ye play fantasy football?

fjsanchez yeah, we have a fantasy football league. If you want the code you can PM unknown13.

Jackobyte, would you believe Sonny Bill Williams is also a professional boxer? :D

I know, it's crazy that someone can be so athletic that they can pursue careers at a professional level in two completely different sports at the same time.

Yup, missed the first 20 minutes though :(
My training time is useful for once :o

Disappointing in the end. The first 20 minutes looked like it could have been a 50-0 win but the level dropped and the US clawed their way back into it.

Anybody else watching the US Open final? Djokovic is playing some mindblowing stuff.

Aaaand now Nadal has nicked a set back. \o/ for a proper contest! Hope it goes to a fifth set.

I hope so too. Don't think it will though. I don't think Nadal can keep this level up as consistently as Djokovic can.

Guillem Balague's tweets during this match are very entertaining.

Djokovic is looking pretty amazing, if shattered. Nadal's fitness is terrifying! Still, Djoko's well up in the fourth set atm.

I think Nadal's lack of obvious tiredness is deceptive. His movements are more laboured than Djokovic's, and he has definitely fallen further from his peak in this set than Djokovic has.
