Please read up on the facts regarding misprices and Consumer Law before spouting crazy claims.

What you need to remember is that Littlewood's have their arses well and truly covered when you ticked the checkbox to 'Agree to their Terms & Conditions' when placing the order.

They don't have to honour it.. and it's practically a given that they won't - imagine how much they would lose.. and in this "dark period of recession too! :eek:

I don't want to be hearing anymore mis-informed statements regarding this situation. Let this be the end of it for the night!

Nice big read here for people interested in how a case similar to this panned-out!

Just checked around for this computer and dabs.com are coming in at £244 without the monitor, play are €324 without the monitor too but with free delivery !!! and Amazon are £239 again without the monitor.

loss leaders will never be reduced at such a price the thing is more than 500 euro off the price so they sell 1000 today (a very low estimate) thats half a million euro they simply wont get? nawww enjoy the refund

Im pretty sure they dont. Mis-prices happen on sites a fair bit and they rarely get honoured in my experience.

I ordered one this morning said order was processed but didn't get any confirmation email and the transaction has disappeared from my Littlewoods account this evening - grrr. Having said that I work in pricing so I feel a bit sorry for whoever made the boo boo!:D

I don't think they will honour the orders, I remember about a year ago there was an offer for books for 1p (can't remember the website name) and they never honoured the orders received, they refunded the money.
