The EU Outland thread!

Bumping this for recruitment for Firelands. We got 7 heroics down which was respectable enough. Sadly with holidays and players giving up we had a small bit of downtime when realistically we should be on the end bosses of each instance. Shame really but not much you can do as a 10 man roster when you depend on people to turn up. Anywho what we are looking for now:

1 Tank
1 Healer

Or

1 DPS with tank OS preferably a feral druid (Strong in both specs)
1 DPS with healing OS preferably a ret pally (Strong in both specs)

Exceptional applicants will of course be considered.
And our new raid times are: 23:30 until 01:30 server time Wed/Thur/Sun/Mon which is a bit more accommodating and recruitment friendly we hope!

Tank role might possibly be filled as we have someone in on trial at the moment. Any questions pop a PM on here before applying. Gear needs to be good enough to jump straight into Firelands normal modes with an eye to starting hardmodes as soon as physically possible.

Completed all non-heroic content including nefarien and chogall on my 85 holy paladin and im geared accordingly.

Well keep tabs on the forum for a response.

Theres nothing to say we wouldnt take two and rotate. We can be pretty accomodating .

I'll check the forums myself when im home from work to see what the situation is.

Yeah that was pretty horrible timing

To be honest we were going to accept you straight away but within a few hours of you posting, an app came in from that other pally and it was deleted within a short space of time. We hung on partly because people were away the weekend and partly to see what the story was. It was going to cost you 40 euro to get over there and as you said in the app it wouldn't have been fair on you. It's not our style to have two players shooting it out for the one position with rotation, it's not possible in a 10 man environment when you want to get a healer integrated as soon as possible. 100% do keep an eye on this thread though if anything changes we can give you a shout. As I said above you were basically in bar the timing of the other app.

First night into Firelands and first boss down.

Spider boss, Beth'Tilac I think is the name.

Wasn't in the raid group myself but seemingly the trash was harder then the boss itself

Pushing on tonight where hopefully we can push on with a new boss down.

ATT 5/7

Gatekeeper went down last night and had solid progression on the Druid fella. Had some internet connection issues and our Paladin was having horrendous net trouble which essentially stopped the next boss going down.

We are expecting 7/7 done by Monday, on week of release thats a pretty solid return.

Then its just waiting for Heroic modes to open up. Its very evident that we outgear this content already as it looks like Firelands entry level normal modes is aimed towards those who have done the previous normals, not Heroics.

But having the week or two to farm content will be nice to get the group and standbys geared up.

Fight mechanics look interesting and fun for a change

I've moved back to my Warlock while my Druid is on standby so bursting me nuts getting him leveled and then geared

ATT 7/7 Firelands

Woops didnt update this. Guild went into Firelands last week and literally one shot the whole raid which was a great achievement and hard work paying off.

I think we are taking an easy week to bring alts and fringe players into Firelands and then next week starting heroic progression

ATT 1/7 heroic

Shannox went down there last week.

Seemingly its a bit of effort going between normal and heroic bosses. A night was wasted as the dungeon was set to heroic after clearing trash and clearing two bosses, and the trash reset.

I think the group is moving onto Bethalic which I'm told should go down tonight

Our second guild group are currently 1/7 and running mass heroics and old content to try get gear to make a proepr tackle at Firelands on a second front .

Now TheDocs post is true Took a week longer due to a few canceled raids but Shannox died on the 2nd attempt of the night. Onwards and upwards.

People just left the game and got lazy and stopped playing.

Poldara called it and moved with Steve to another guild that was a disaster so they came back to Union on outland then Ant went to Infamous, although I think hes packing the game in too.

Pity, cause I'm not enjoying the game one bit since ATT folded and I signed up for that year thing too which kinda looks a waste now.

Got an email today saying my account had been banned for illegal trading of gold or something. Did anyone see my mage horsefudger online recently seems to be still in ATT going by armoury. I havent been on the char myself since march. I probably won't go back to the game but am just concerned if they have any personal information of mine and how they got it.

Not that I know off...

ATT got back together as such, but we havnt done a tap in three weeks due to SWTOR, I'd say things might at some point get more rigid once we suss out endgame in swtor and if its worth staying with
