So a few boards guys joined us afaik.
Wondering how they are liking it and how they are getting on, I'm loosing track we had such an influx or applications and invites after we started openly recruiting.
We are starting our **** back up this week hopefully. alot of people dropped of for world cup and mostly due to just being bored.
We couldnt get numbers for lk heroic attempts and alot of the guys just started levelling alts and going on HM 25man icc runs. Hopefully things will get back swinging this week
The guilds started to get a nice name for itself and we have been getting members into the top icc25 pugs on server.
Today I just got my first 12/12 lk kill with 10 Hm included, and I got the caster trinket of RS 25
Hopefully can announce a 10 man LK heroic kill soon >:D

if you apply as casual yeah we do
Theres plenty of alt runs and stuff going on that if you have half a notion you can join in.
Outside of all the Rs and ICC main and casual runs, theres chances for toc etc to gear alts, theres plentiful chances for voa, dailies weeklies etc.
And with everyone having so many alts you can usually find someone to level with too.0 -

Dont take this the wrong way, but if you are transferring to join the guild and for that reason only, I'd apply on the site before you do anything.
I dont know much about high end DK gear, but its not as simple as transferring us inviting you and then your doing 12/12 icc. I'm not saying thats how you interpreted it, but incase you did so you dont go wasting 60 euros or whatever to be left stung.
We take casual and raiding applications.
Casual
No problem inviting , theres plenty of fun raids that go on to get into, and plenty of opporunities to get make one yourself. But there is really no chance of getting into the first or second level raiding group unless you have a chat with an officer some way down the line and show some improvement / dedication over your previous time in the guild
raiding
If you want to get yourself into the first or second level raiding groups. Your gear gets checked, your experience and you get quizzed on encounters, raids etc.
We have two distinct types of people, probably more considering theres some pvpers and some people there just to chat.
But if you come in as a raider you need to meet a high standard, if you come in as casual, its not a backdoor to raiding
Just something to think on before making a decision, if joining the guild is your only motive.

Decisions are soely down to the guild leader, although Casual mebmers we can mostly all invite.
Just saying the above cause I had three boards guys transfer pay 60 euro and expect me to invite them straight into the guild for raiding. No offense to the other boards guild that was here but the lads who asked for an inv were under the impression we take anyone for raiding. This aint the case and they wasted themselves 60 blips and probably more transfering elsewhere.
But I'm not going to feel bad if you waste 60 euro and I say no, without you asking the GL first
No I havnt played my lock as a main in a long long long time. Cillian is it? We have alot of people in the guild and alot of levels and groups of raiding. Most raids we are asking people to sit out and be patient.
I'm afraid your going to have to apply for a raiding spot, and if it is Cillian, I think you know what Poldara will say , no offense
However you could apply casual and take things from there, and make a genuine effort for once >:D0 -

Hmm im a casual player and with a lot of raiding experience.
I am tempted to move one of my semi decent geared alts over.
My old guild on Terenas is fuxxored with all the old school lads leaving for a hardcore guild on the server which tbh is not my cup of tea.
Some of the TiG lads are back playing on terenas too but im not sure if we will make up a raiding outfit yet but i might leave my main there.

Few finishing touches still to be applied but so far I'm liking the work myself and witless1 from here put in, and it looks one of the more appealing wow sites.
Defo have some more work to do to update content for dkp and raids to cata and also some pictures arnt working in hte "portal".
The blogs have been a pretty nice success generating a ****load of traffic from google and they should be a regular maintained thing.
I know me personally, once I get clunge deep into the AH I'll be keeping that updated.
We do have a public section for general chit chatter and by all means everyone is welcome to take a nosey

Just a little update.
We are moving into Hard Modes now with the guild.
We would like however to gain some additional recruits to begin a second progression run along with our alt runs.
We also have a suprising amount of players picking up PvP.
We may look into developing a PvP group for Bg's etc in the coming months.
However we are always recruiting exceptional candidates. And we also on occasion recruit social spots for those we do not know.

A word in advance. Here is some guidelines for recruitment and a breakdown on if your eligible for what spot. We do get alot of applicants from boards unfortunately they suffer the "coutner strike" syndrome which I call it. Where as people think they are much better then they are, or lie on their application to brag.
If your looking to break into our core raiding group we would expect a high knowledge of your class, experience operating in a high level guild and also having cleared 11/12 minimum in Cataclysm content. If succesful you probably would be rotated into our Wednesday run which is more farm content to put you through your paces.
Outside of the above there is 0 guarantee for a raid spot, even alot of current members have no option to raid. We have a very exclusive 15 core group that are used in rotation, and when someone is doing rubbish they can get dropped out, whilst exceptional candidates/current members can be rotated in.
We do however have a large social portion of the guild that operates heroics, alt raids, pvp , achievements and old world content.
If this is more your fortay again you can apply, and state clearly you are looking for a social spot and as to why.

ATT now 2/12 Heroics.
The transition of personal really rocked us just before we were starting on progression through Heroics, with core member sleaving and bringing in new blood. We should be up about the 5/12 mark but sure hopefully a good focused week will drop 3 heroics in one.
But things looks settled now a bit better. Last night we got Chimeron down Heroic and boy is he a tough fight.
DPS have it easy but its pretty hectic for healers and tanks. We actually had him down ot the .5% mark, and noticed our Warlock was sprinting away from the boss.
In the P3 burn down, everoyne is ment to stand still and nuke their bollox off, he pulled aggro and started running away haha, woulda been a kill, took us three more attempts after that.
Next week we are moving onto Maloriak and then Artramedes.
Also we are still actively recruiting for some players, check the site out for more details 0 -

ATT 3/12 Heroics
Now joint ranked 9th 10 man on server. Maloriak went down last night

From the chatter on forums and looking at the guilds ranked above us, a lot of guilds got their first kill of Magmaw within the last week, the 10% nerfs to health and damage seem to be enough. I'm just hoping that more heroics aren't nerfed in this manner particularly with 4.1 not having any raid content. I think the progression and pacing of heroic raiding is spot on at the moment. One new boss a week for a 10 man guild is about right considering the previous weeks new boss has to be killed with new members being rotated in. That's why I love (and hate!) 10 man raids at the moment!0 -
ATT 5/12 Heroic
Magmaw went down last night, 1shot after a previous night of a few attempts. Was well chuffed with the kill it wasn't the cleanest but a kill is a kill.
We now have BWD cleared, incl 4 heroics in just under 2 hours which is always nice to get done in a night
That brings us up to about joint 10th on the server.
Recruitment wise, I think our officer core has been happy with our progression and the intergration of some new players.
So we are really only looking for a DPS Shaman at this point.

ATT 7/13
Omni Tron heroic went down tonight relatively quickly, within 3 attempts.
That puts us nicely for the week with three more raid nights to progress on new bosses
Valiona and Theriona were number six on the list.
