Where did you order it from?

It's Primal Wear and I got it from love2pedal.com with a free pair of De Feet socks. Can be bought on ebay though too.

Just wanted to get two bottle cages but...

    163450.jpg

In my defence, the lot only cost about 60 Euro. God bless the man who invented China.

Will have to scrape any LA reference from my lovely black "jawbones".

looks like chinese ebay, but you can use an agent for a small fee if you dont speak chinese like the rest of us

  • Registered Users Posts: 238 ✭✭dermur

Yeah, it's a Chinese version of ebay called www.taobao.com

(apologies in advance if posting links like this is against policy...)

And like Levitronix says, it has spawned some agent sites who help non-Chinese speakers make purchases.

I'm still in China at the moment so I've not used the agents and I don't know if taobao deals internationally directly. If they don't, I'm sure some of those agents sites probably do. Often you can search in English anyway just to see what's available.

In response to Home:Ballyhoura, yes, used them a lot. A lot of regular retailers have a presence on taobao so it's not all just private sellers. I've bought Pro seat post, 3T arx team stem, cycling clothes and lots of non-cycling related stuff with no problems. But like I say, I can't vouch for the agent sites.

walked out of Cycleways with one of these a few days ago. took a lot of adjustemt to get me into the right setup but is way better than the Fizik Pave CX i had used and they also fitted me for the correct width. I still cant get over the fact that I easily dropped a tonne on a saddle!

Bit steep on the price there, only paid 65 quid for mine delivered to the door from Websters in the UK. granted i had to take a chance on the size but it's worked out very comfy.

I thought a trip to a LBS would be beneficial as I could get to see exactly what I was buying and get to sit on the spongy saddle fitting yoke. have to say that my rear LOVES the new SL130 addition even though there was a wee bit of mark-up on the RRP. :)

Well if I had actually got it it would have been €675 RRP but about €600. BUT I never got it cause I got a call the next day off my LBS to say Giant don't have any Large left and won't have any left so no bike

    Edge 500 arrived this morning.

OK, so it's not just a speedo. 24 pieces of information (including temperature!) across 3 screens? Nerdgasm.

Aye I am loving mine, the Cadence info sorted out any bad habits I had of grinding away I too high a gear, and the HR info really gives you a good idea of how much effort you are putting in, and how sustainable it is.
