    Bar needs to be lower on the back, upper back tighter, seems to be rounding at the bottom, and there seems to be some builders bum action happening, which would confirm the scaffolding.

    Haha! He should go down slowly too. And he should lower the the rack for the bar so he doesn'y have to calf raise up.

    But that's an excellent invention hes got, I'd like to make one haha!

    When the bottom of the omelette is cooked, put the frying pan under the grill and that'll cook the top half - without you trying to flip it over and messing it up.

    oily? maybe use less oil. and use the grill too, put some cheese on top and grill it, mmmmm delish.

    What I do when I cook 'em? Lets see, lets see...

    A non stick pan helps!

    First things first, I almost always cook omelettes with just eggs, cheese and bacon.
    So I cut up the bacon, about 100g, into small thin slices and I fry them. So while they're cookin' I whisk four eggs. Then when the bacons nice 'n crispy I take it off, put it on a plate and pour in the eggs. The bacon fat is already on the pan so I don't need oil. While the egg is still liquid like on the pan put the bacon on. Wait a minute and put on the cheese, then just let it cook till it looks damn good. While your cooking though put the spatula underneath and move the omelette around. It's the same way anyone cooks them...

    ...only women say they're the best they've ever had ;)
