    I first started squatting about 12 years ago, i was living with a powerlifter and international shot putter in college. I was only about 80 odd kilo at the time,and soon enough i did 95 kilos for a set of 10, good quality depth now, two days later my legs were in a jock. I was on the jacks after a barry white when i went to stand up and i couldnt!, i couldnt feicin move, i had to reach forward to the sink and haul meself up of the jacks. Squats and logs in the one post there.

    I always thought it meant Limerick, but now I'm starting to think it might be Laurance or something like that, ya know, a non squatters name :P
