Emma Atkins is to make a shock comeback to Emmerdale as Charity Tate later this year as part of the ITV soap's major overhaul. The 33-year-old, who played the role for five years between 2000 and 2005, is the first in a wave of "stunning new signings" that will inject a new lease of life into the show when it's revamped…

Well Amy is 16* and he tried threatening her to make her have an abortion so I can see where they're coming from there. But I don't get the Moira thing at all. 'Cain ruined our family.. blah, blah..' We find out who did it in January. My money is on Adam.

With John Barton leaving the soap early in the New Year I bet he takes the rap for it and goes to jail to protect his son.

Perhaps in an unsual twist the emmerdale producers outsourced the killer (or attempted killer) to the cast of love/hate and Nidge got Darren to do it.

On a more serious note i think its Holly Barton. John wont want her ending up in prison because of her past drug problems so will thus take the rap

I was glad Amy spoke the truth tonight, that she hates Cain and that he's vile, no matter what. Good girl, don't be a hypocrite!!
I love how Chas, Zak and Debbie are so worried about him now, but Chas refused him a place to stay and turned him away from the pub, Zak told him he was no longer his son and Debbie kicked him out of the house!
Now he's Dingle of the year because someone clocked him over the head with a lead pipe! (Colonel Mustard, perhaps?)

God i cannot stand her either . I seen her on This Morning not so long ago
