Been waiting all weekend on another ios forum for this, americans are crazy when it comes to jailbreaking lol endless entertaining threads.

Nice handy process anyway, just hoping cydia starts working soon as their servers are getting hammered right now.

SBSettings, need it back cant wait.

I've managed to jailbreak it but in getting nothing by error messages on anything I try to download on Cydia. I'm 4s 6.1

Im the same, most people are, will take a few hours for these things to be figured out as usual, that error most people are seeing,

Android simply adds more customization to the phone, especially compared to iOS.

Please don't misunderstand my post as dissing Apple, because I'm not.
I just don't see the point in spending more on an iPhone, jailbreaking it, voiding your warranty just to give it the look that any Android phone can.

yes, this happens with every jb, everyone is trying to get into cydia same time, will be a day or so before it irons itself out.

Yeah, it's getting hammered. Managed to download 3 apps, one that gets rid of newsstand!

Been such a longtime since i had a JB but there's a staggering amount excellent of new tweaks/app.

Jailbreaking doesn't void the warranty and it's always completely reversible

Saurik was saying that usually a jailbreak is just released, and people usually come across it so servers arent too bad.

This time though we have known since the weekend it would be released at 5PM today our time, so everyone around the world has basically been waiting for this, and are on it at same time.

Ive seen others in different forums asking this and seems to be more or less what they are told.

Sky Go doesn't work on JB devices. They're used to be an app called xCon or something like that on Cydia that used to make it work. That was a good while ago though. Not sure if it works anymore.

Tried redsnow on ios6.01 and 6.1 it wont work

iphone 4 or above no and jailbreak and unlock are 2 seperate things
