    Hi GH,
Can you go 10km without water?
We start at papal x car park, do 10km and loop back to car park for drinks and then do another 10km looping back to cars again.
No need to leave water out. Or I can bring my belt that holds 2 small bottles?

No problem, was good to meet you anyway and once you got your run in thats all that matters!! Fair play for keeping up with them too, I just prefer to keep the long runs a bit slower myself. We did 20 miles, went well and I was delighted after as it was my first of that distance!

Im sure we'll see you again if your around, I normally do my long run on a Saturday though, but will be away next weekend, but back in the park every Sat. morning after until DCM!

I'm going to use the DCM half as training run at slightly faster than PMP (since P&D calls for 14M PMP). I think a few others are planning similar, might be nice to do it in a group (or several groups for people with different PMP).

    Location: Phoenix Park
    Date/Time: Saturday 21st September, 10am
    Where: Dublin Half Marathon

    13.1M @6:20-6:25 min/Mile

Apologies, I had to drop people to the airport at 4am this morning and as a result I slept in a bit this morning! Went out at 11am instead. Wish I'd got out at 9am cause the sun came out around noon and it started to get quite hot. Last few miles of the 20 were a real struggle as a result.
