    I dont understand any of this stuff!!

    But I definitely want to buy a 37" or 40" HD TV (for TV and movie viewing, swaying towards a plasma but my mates were telling me that's not environmentally friendly re power usage), a Blue Ray DVD player and a surround sound system.

    I know I have posted this in the wrong forum. I'll get my coat and go back to lurking in the background trying to absorb as much info as I can from other posters. Well done to those who got the good bargains!

    Can't believe I forgot about this!!

    Anyway, I've read the thread (really!) and I'm interested in the Onkyo 875 AV amp, not many takers so I'm hoping there might be one left in black if possible.

    Also after Monitor Audio floorstanders and Subwoofer to go with above, also if available (not so optimistic about that though).

    One of those DAB table radios would be good too.
