    Yup - pretty even mix, few regulars now - just sit in the back row, blonde on bike in front - you won't feel the time fly by. Sure it's simply pedalling with a blonde girl in front of you - what more could you ask for apart from a steak sandwhich?

    I can now do reps with 40kg on single arm BB OH squats so i suppose the next step is to get on the floor with it.... anybody got anyt good TGU instructional vids?

    I witnessed a full blown 3 person metcon. It's not the programming that grinds my gears its the absolute disregard for any sort of technique.

    I shook my head very hard at them but couldn't say anything as i was too busy tying myself up in the corner mobilising the **** out of my something or other.

    I was quite impressed with that 91kg.

    I ran off the platform, through the jerk blocks side stepped the preacher curl bench and ended up standing sideways.
