    In the passage of the warm front here,still at 9.8c you's wickla lads seem to be in the wake of the front hence the rise in values. A heavy drizzle is still falling here.

    Going to be some high monthly rainfall totals.

    Already wettest Jan at some places for more than 10 years.
    Shannon since 1994
    Kilkenny since 1996.

    I've been looking at Valentias total for a few days. Above 200mm so far. Another couple days like yesterday (28mm) and the record books would need opening.

    Balmy 13.8c reached here yesterday. :eek:

    Currently mostly overcast with some milky sunshine peering through a hole in the sky to my S. 11.3c. Quite mild indeed. River has burst it's banks for the third time this month.

    Dull and foggy with light Drizzle. Calm after last night gales. 8.3°C / 92% rh.

    Continuing mild 12.7C, brighter with some sunshine.

    Full gale at Dublin AP, and only 5C at Malin Head with moderate rain.

    Nice bright day here - and even dry! Major temp drop happening ATM - down to 5.3c from a high of 10.7c in the morning. Back to normal Jan temps!!

    Just back down from a hill walk along a few km's of the Wicklow way. Extremely windy up there above lough Tay and around djouce mountain. Just about able to stand up against it, but in the gusts I was blown over a good few times into the mud:p. Highest gust back here was only 61km/hr though.

    10c at 1400 and fell to 5.4c around 1700. Slightly up now at 5.6c when wind picked back up.
