RobAMerc, did the SLR have an 05D reg or garage plates?

Sorry re read my post and can see where the confusion came from.
05 D on the back but there was a garage plate in the front window.

And no it was not the brakes flap, thats around the back is it not and he was doing 50kph in traffic so I doubt it would be needed for braking from those speeds. :)

Went for a stroll along Ailesbury Road today. What do I see coming towards me but the blue 612 Scaglietti. He crosses to my side of the road and parks right beside me on the footpath. Last time I saw it it was filthy, but thankfully he had it gleaming.

And yes, he looked like a gentleman. ;)

I saw the Ferrari 612 on Ailesbury Road a few months ago.

My parents were in France last weekend and they saw a BMW Z1 in Beauvais. It's taking too long to upload the pics, 2 pretty bad photos as he just saw and clicked. According to a book I have here there was only 8,093 of them made. It was designed as a test mule for a new type of suspension for the 3 Series.

    There's a library photo

    2 Bentley Continentals
    2 Maserati Quattroportes
    Alfa Brera
and an early 80's Opel Manta...

The Maser sallons are very popular here for some reason. Maybe because Bono's got one?

A guy in work saw a Grey F430 in town yesterday covered in Gumball stickers. I don't think it was Michael Cullens car and the only Gumball Ferrari I've found on Irish plates is this 360....
    40.jpg

Did anyone else see the F430?
