That is most certainly not Nine Inch Nails. It pisses me off that some people will go away thinking it is Nine Inch Nails based on the information to be found online. Presumably then this is from the DVD version and licensing could not be obtained for the vastly superior 'Every Day is Exactly the Same'. Anywho, the band is called Living in Question, the song is called 'One Minute Longer' from the album 'Green'. And you can buy it here (if you're into that sort of thing):
