If a baby duck is called a duckling, whats a dumpling?

A dumpling can be slang for a baby, therefore the answer is:

    Adult

Thanks for answering my questions. Could you recommend a good book to read?

Hell yeah. Get Quicksilver by Neal Stephenson. It rocks.

If I don't fill out the forward on bebo, will my kittens get raped by a ghost?

If you have a bebo page then they are getting raped as we speak. This is one of the lesser known parts of the Bebo EULA agreement you signed.

Why would you say that amp??? Why would you wreck the whole thread??? What did it ever do to you :'o(

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I think it just highlights a lack of imagination.

Do you know how the post count was recalculated and if so how was it done?

I'm not sure. If I knew what my post count was before the change then I could stick that in and divide by my current count. Or some other type of advanced maths. However I think it seems to be based on where you've posted as some users have gained posts.

I am lazy and wish not to click your sig, what is the premise of me getting paid for playing poker?

What is a folding team? Does my ass look big in this new post count?
    What's your favourite colour?

Amp you clearly have the brain power of 1 million zillion gabizillion kadillion people.
    Next question.

If join date is = to X and posts per day is =y, and z is posts.
    How does z decrease someday.

Well you get rakeback, which means that if you get other people into it you'll get part of their rake. Clicking on it just brings you to a webpage that explains it better than I.
    What is a folding team?

It like Seti@home but for university research. I did used to pimp United Devices but they switched from cancer to research on Anthrax, which as we know is the leading cause of deaths worldwide
Does my ass look big in this new post count?

Yes, but there's nothing wrong with having an ass the size of South America.
    What's your favourite colour?

I suppose it's red, however it really depends on the situation. I don't like red cars for example. The thought of driving a red Aston Martin Db7 fills me with dread.

You have to divide by XOR to get the correct result.

    Good answer,
xor gates ftw, wait, no, they are just gates.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,589 ✭✭✭Hail 2 Da Chimp

Amp, what do you get if you AND two XOR gates?

    Why?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,446 ✭✭✭✭amp

Amp, what do you get if you AND two XOR gates?

    A degree in electronics.
    Why?

    Because one XOR is enough.

How does one not get banned from TCN when they post in the Post in this thread to get permanently banned. (EXTREME STUPIDITY FILTER) thread?

How does one get to that stage?

Have you ever considered the lulz that might occur if you were to change your name to Camp?

The only person who has been granted immunity is Jezza. I awarded her immunity because she actually changed the way she posted. Currently there is no way of posting there, short of becoming an smod or admin, without being expunged.

With a name like amp, you must be a big fan of amplifiers in general. What's the best amp out there?

There was a young man from Galway,
Who had a question to say,
    Which amp is best?
    Is his info quest
But he hasn't read this whole thread today

    You're quite right, I didn't read it.

So, you've no idea at all about amplification, but can I get you to hazard a guess?

You obviously have no idea either. The word amp, even when restricted to the music industry can mean pretty much anything. There's different amp's for different genre's/live/studio/instruments. Then there's the different price ranges.

It's like asking "What's the best book?"

I could not read another book after the cryptonomicon, starts well and then descends into this nerdiverse sub par Indiana Jones weirdness.

I can suspend my belief with the best of them? But a macho network administrator? Phuluzze

Mary had a little lamb, it's fleece as green as snot,
And everywhere that Mary went, other peeps did not,
It followed her to school one day, which made the teacher mad,
So Mary got some tippex out and now the sheep is sad.

(I imagine the real reason is to do with breeding.)

Forget Cryptonomicon. I found that hard to read and I was a network admin at the time (quite a macho one at that ;) )

Quicksilver contains the following magical ingredients:
    Swashbuckling
    Pirates
    Romance
    King Louis XIV
    Mystery
Isaac Newton (and nary an equation to behold)
    Adventure

Or if you still aren't convinced, read Snowcrash. That's fantastic too.

(please note, I am not a shill, I just want Stephenson's babies.)
