Dear oh dear how many different deflections and openly misinformation campaign do we have going,

Remember people 110% of the population of Crimea voted to rejoin russia,
Ignoring the 48% ethnic Ukrainians who's have always lived in Crimea along with tars and a few other tiny eithnic minorities ,
But yet 110% voted to rejoin russia ,and ten years previously russia tried and failed with the same mass passportisation they tried to pull in Georgia ,so 90% of Crimea held Ukrainian passports after refusing russian ones but all of a sudden 110% voted to rejoin russia,

Now let's take a moment there is being a usual idiots and being actual

You need to stop posting false facts the Ukranian government carried out a census in Crimea 2001 and 65 per cent of the population identified themselves as Russian. Only 25 per cent Ukrainian 10 per cent Tatar
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Crimea

Where are you getting this 48 per cent number from?

    Another false narrative on votes.

Gatling voter turnout was 83 per cent in Crimea and 89 per cent in the main city of Sevastopol. It probably mostly Ukrainians who did not vote?

    110 per cent nope

My bad wrong number was actually 60 per cent Russian and 24 per cent identified themselves as Ukrainian in 2001. Jumped to 65 per cent after the coup.

Gatling source for the 48% ethnic Ukrainians living in Crimea pre-revolution?

Explain how a legitimate 2001 census is fake?

    https://www.history.co.uk/article/10-facts-about-russias-history-with-crimea

Crimea has a 2 million population, of which about 60 percent speak Russian and consider themselves Russian. This is the only region in Ukraine where Russians are in the majority and has the highest number of Russian speakers.

I guess the history channel is reporting false facts?

If Crimea is the only majority Russian speaking part of Ukraine, then why are Russian forces in the east of Ukraine?

Are they not there to protect the majority of Russian speakers? Russian speakers that you now say don't exist?! So why are Russian forces there??

Why are Russian forces "protecting" a population that dont speak Russian ??

    No... it really isn't.

Russia engineered the Azov incident as a pretext to instigate a complete blockade of Mariupol. Is there no end to that countries complete dickishness?

It would be proper for the UN to sanction a blockade of the Bosphorus Strait to Russian ships. See how they like a taste of their own tactics. Time to institute a financial SWIFT blockade of Russian financial transactions.

The fact remains, an unconstitutional and illegal referendum is entirely illegitimate. There was also no international oversight over the referendum alongside military patrolling the streets. If it happened with a Western election, you'd be shouting from the rooftops that it was corrupted.

I'm sure the Ukranian ban on Russians entering the country will be met with the same paroxysm of rage as Trump's "Muslim ban" was. Let me just check the Guardian...

Did any Muslim state annex a part of the US in the last 4 years?

Hmmmm...I don't think so - but I definitely recall the US launching full scale invasions of two countries with overwhelming Muslim majorities since 2001, and interfering in several others.

And these invasions were all done with widespread US public support - in fact those who are most anti-migration were those most in favour of the invasions of these countries.

You don't get the obvious ..?

What? That the imaginary immigrant "invasion" of the West that's occurring in some people's heads is quite different to the very real invasion of Crimea and parts of Eastern Ukraine by Russia?

Or, comparing the list of countries that were included Trump's Muslim ban to the actual nationality of known terrorist attackers in the US, that the Ukraine equivalent would be to bar Uzbekistani's and Kazakhs from the country due to the actions of Russia?

Maybe there's something more obvious that I'm not seeing?
