Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Martin, you need to include the table and /table tags and everything between them.

    I really need to get back to doing the full 1600. Can't believe that after 2 swims in the first 3 days I'm nearly in the relegation zone.

    Got back Swimming this evening and first swim since a month ago. Technique was a bit off due to lack of practice over the last month. I found once I got going I thought I was gliding through the water better than before but this might be a false thought. I did put on 5kg of fat over the Christmas break so I might be floating better as a result. :)

    What do you mean by last session? Is it the point in km you were at before you added to it?

    Or is it the distance (km) you did in last session of your swim?

    The extra column is a good idea. Is there any interest in people detailing their current/fav session after the table? Not all the time, only if they enjoyed it/feel its worth sharing. Okane1 did it last year I think for a couple of 6k sets, it was inspiring:) Could be handy reference for others when bored or looking for ideas for a session? or maybe that's for a separate thread?
