Martin, you need to include the table and /table tags and everything between them.

I really need to get back to doing the full 1600. Can't believe that after 2 swims in the first 3 days I'm nearly in the relegation zone.

Got back Swimming this evening and first swim since a month ago. Technique was a bit off due to lack of practice over the last month. I found once I got going I thought I was gliding through the water better than before but this might be a false thought. I did put on 5kg of fat over the Christmas break so I might be floating better as a result.
