Uppers support all snow from now until tomorrow morning.
Expect snow to be widespread on the West coast also (met eireann seem to be missing that)
I expect snow in Cork also at some stage tonight

    Temp not relevant
All snow with bitter upper temps moving across.
What's unknown is how much precipitation will fall

Light shower of Snow pellets here in West Clare, quickly melted in the 4.2c temperature.

Should precipitation be present I'm confident of snow here tonight.

I had the unfortunate task of taking out the bins a minute ago, absolutely Baltic out. Coldest feeling I've experienced this year.

Snow shower, which is sticking on the bins and the grass. Looks like my timing was good:)

Rain and hail in Dublin City centre

Cycling home in a headwind and cold rain was fairly miserable tonight. When it turned to hail briefly around Clondalkin just before 18:00, I was hoping it would kick on. It just went back to cold rain though.

Very Heavy Hail/Graupel/Snow Pellet shower past 10mins here in West Clare leading to accumulations and temperature now down to 2.3c and dropping. Roof, cars, back garden and velux windows completely covered.

Only for the lamppost you'd hardly notice it was snowing here.

Its what I love about Ireland and Dublin in particular.

We never really get any proper snow...thank God.

Its snowing here in Donegal nice big fluffy flakes. First decent flakes I have seen in a few years. Not the wet snow flakes that I have seen so often! Dont think it will lie but nice to see.
