Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bloodstained, Namco Museum and Resi Evil game for me, though I think I would much rather physical copies, especially Namco... match in nicely with my other Namco Museum collection.

Serious amount of 3DS games on sale there, doesn't seem to be any on the EU store and can't for the life of me figure out how to get the same page you linked in the EU store. Was hoping Radiant Historia would be on sale but no dice in EU.

Can't seem to get it to show 3DS or Wii U games on sale. I doubt that there's a whole lot. I know that there's about a dozen currently on Wii U that are on sale, mostly trash. Big difference in numbers of Switch games on sale, <400 in Europe versus >800 in the US.

Cheers, had got that far but the filter for discounted games is Switch specific. Had a quick look in the 2DS this morning and only seen a handful of games discounted. Only just for my 2DS yesterday and there's a nice few of the games I wanted to pick up on sale in the US, hopefully we get similar sale here before Christmas.

Sorry for the ignorance, but Santa is bringing a Switch to the kid.

Are digital games region locked, or are those on sale in the US playable here?

Yes but you'll need to set up a separate Nintendo account with a US address. Then you need to purchase US eshop credit, you can do so on Pc Game Supply website or other alternatives. Sounds a little more complicated than it is, it's actually fairly straightforward. I seem to remember using some embassy address as the address when setting up the US account, maybe someone on here can remind us.

    Thanks for that! Instabuy :)

Been waiting for a decent reduction.

It's a great platform game by all accounts.
    Plus it's physical.
    Plus Smyths are Irish.
Plus they are one of the few bricks and mortar shops around selling nintendo stuff. And not at rip-off prices ... looking at you gamestop!

    edit -
e.g. BOTW is 10 quid more expensive in gamestop right now vs smyths

Generally is cause they have a higher margin on the toys but Gamestop do better promotions like 3 for 2 etc that Smyths dont.

I have it - its a great set to pass a few hours on christmas day putting together - my 8 year old son loves it

It needs a switch with detachable joy cons and connected to a tv. So not a switch lite.

It's €55 in Smyths and Argos and €60 in GameStop. So it's €11.60 cheaper than anywhere in Ireland. That is over 20% cheaper than the cheapest here.

Gave you played the game? What do you feel it's worth?

    Yep, it's 55 Smyths , 60 GameStop (euro).

The last great Switch game bargain was the Amazon Germany 5 for 150 euro ... Been a drought since :)

I'd say next year will be different when the next gen consoles come out.

But maybe Cyber Monday will have some surprises ...:)
