Went on to back Fagan anytime but after last weeks Price being odds against I'm not having him at 5/6 against a side performing well of late

He scored after poor defending by Wexford. I'm at it - youths look very shaky at the back - wouldn't be surprised to see him get another.

Hoping pats can calm down and allow Wexford back into it at some point , thought Wexford would be more competitive 3 by ht after watching pats last week is strange

    UCD/Drogs went over 2.5 after 35 mins!

Cobh win tonight and Limerick -3 LARGE!!

Over 2.5 Goals (PADDY POWER) - SMALL STAKE

    Limerick -3 Asian @ 1.80 (GENERAL) - LARGE STAKE

Cobh win @ 5/6 (PADDY POWER) - SMALL STAKE

Over 2.5 goals came in after 35 mins in UCD/Drogheda!

Limerick only managed 3-0, so a refund there. The stats on Limerick where mental, 30+ shots, 60%+ possession, etc... and playing against 10 men for a bit too. Disappointed at the refund.

    Cobh lost.:o

    League of Ireland Outright Bets

Mick Cooke - Premier Division Sack Race @ 7/1 (Paddy Power) – Novelty Bet Stake
“Applies to next manager to leave his position by any means whether it's by resigning or getting sacked”
At first look, it’s hard to see where the first manager casualty will come from with Tony Cousins favourite at 3/1. Cousins has been with Longford since 2009 and has brought them promotion along with a good mid table finish in 2015. Ollie Horgan gained Harps Premier Division status! Shane Keegan, Dave Robertson, Kenny Shields, Tommy Dunne are all signed on 2 year deals. You’d expect Liam Buckley and Pat Fenlon to be ok once they challenge for the League, likewise Caulfield and Kenny. Tommy Dunne should have no problems at Galway this season with some much poorer teams coming into the Division, while Keith Long will look to maintain a midtable position with Bohs.
Mick Cooke will be expected to deliver early on with Bray, he was the 4th manager of the club last season with the Board falling out with Alan Mathews and Trevor Croly publicly. There seems to be heavy investment in Bray this season and any failings of Mick Cooke to establish a comfortable 5th or 6th position early on could see him leaving the Carlisle Grounds.

    WINNER!!! :cool::cool::cool:

    ***LEAGUE OF IRELAND BETS***

The first of our League of Ireland Outright bets won yesterday, with Mick Cooke being the first managerial casualty, coming in at 7/1! A mixed bag last week in terms of betting, so we're hoping we can have a couple of winners at least from our 3 MEDIUM staked bets this weekend!

    Derry -v- Bohs 7.45pm Friday
Derry have started the season superbly so far this season and find themselves challenging towards the top of the table. They will look to extend their run to 9 games unbeaten in all competitions and have a clean bill of health going into to tie.
Bohs have had a mixed start and are on the back of two Local derby defeats against Shamrock Rovers (League) and Shels (EA Cup) so squad morale may be low coupled with the fact the Brandywell is a notoriously tough ground to visit and Bohs will be without Ismahil Akinade and Jason Caffrey who are both ruled out with hamstring injuries.
There has been a flu-like virus which has affected several members of the Bohs squad over the past month,
Dylan Hayes and Jake Kelly played through the symptoms on Monday, but the former is not considered well enough for tomorrow.
Ayman Ben Mohamed and captain Derek Pender, both now suffering with the bug, are also regarded as doubtful for the trip.
Eoin Wearen, Dave Mulcahy and Jake Kelly have all sat out games at various stages with the same virus, while Roberto Lopes was also affected.

    Derry win (Bet365) @ 19/20 - MEDIUM STAKE

Cork City -v- Finn Harps 7.45pm Friday
City come into this on the back of a 7-0 win over Waterford at home on Monday. After a couple of poor performances it was a good result to get the confidence back in the team. City are a much better side at home compared to away from home and their record proves this. Cork players Michael McSweeney, Mark O’Sullivan and John Dunleavy are all doubtful for the game as they currently carry knocks while John Kavanagh will certainly miss out through injury.
Harps travel south with no real ambition to win this game, They'll pick up most their posts at home and just be competitive away from home. This is summed up with the managers pre match comments '' “It doesn’t get much more difficult than away to Cork for a whole pile of reasons”, said Harps boss Horgan as he prepared for his side’s second away game in five days.
“The distance might be a long one, but that is the least of the worries ahead of the game,” he said. Not only does he have a mounting injury list – Barry Molloy, Josh Mailey, Keith Cowan, Tommy McMonagle, Adam Hanlon and Michael Rafter are all confirmed absentees by the Manager while Dave Scully and Kevin McHugh are carrying knocks – but history does not favour Harps.
In 17 previous trips to Turners Cross to face Cork City, Harps have only won once.
We believe City will bounce back to winning ways in the league tonight and pick up all 3 points.

    Cork City -1.5 (GENERAL) @ 1.80 - MEDIUM STAKE

    UCD -v- Limerick 7.45pm Friday
2nd -v- 1st in UCD Bowl on Friday. I don't need to go over the Limerick situation again, their full time status and Premier Division quality squad is reflected in the League table and their results.Limerick FC thumped UCD 4-1 at home in the opening fixture of the season and have been scoring goals for fun ever since with a total of 31 goals and conceded 5 in 7 league games. Limerick FC have a 100% record with 7 wins from 7 matches.
UCD have managed a total of 9 goals and conceded 11 in their 7 league matches so far this season. They sit 10 points behind Limerick and a worse of goal difference of 27!
UCD will have striker Jason Byrne available again for selection after returning to training during the week but they will be hampered by a lengthy injury list with Dan Tobin, Jack Watson, Ryan McLaughlin, Cathal Brady, Samir Belhout and Brian Shortall all set to miss out.

    Limerick -1.5 (GENERAL) @ 1.80 - MEDIUM STAKE

Do we fancy St Pats away to Bray & Sligo at home to Longford tomorrow?

Need those two to complete a six fold. The cashout is only 1/5th of the winnings.

Anyone got an opinion on Pats tonight?

Well actually I saw Pats stroll past Youths last week but they're defending was so poor Pats never had to get out of gear, but they did look good going forward at times.

So I guess what I'm actually asking is how bad are Bray?

Just need Pats and Sligo to win for 165 euro accy

and of course Pats are losing to Bray

    ***LEAGUE OF IRELAND BETS***

2 out of 3 last weekend, and we're hoping we can have a couple of winners from our 3 bets this weekend! 1 Medium and 2 Smalls as it looks to be a dodgy weekend!

    Derry -v- Sligo 7.45pm Friday
Derry have started the season superbly so far this season and find themselves sitting in 2nd place just 2 points off Dundalk in 1st. Derry lost on their first game of the season but since then have notched up 6 wins and 2 draws! Derry have a 100% record at home in their 5 League games so far, conceding just 1 and scoring 9. Sligo on the other hand find themselves struggling in 9th place with just 1 win this season!
Derry City: Injured – Harry Monaghan & Gareth McGlynn
Sligo Rovers: Injured – Gavin Peers & Tim Clancy

Derry win (GENERAL) @ 21/20 - MEDIUM STAKE

Shamrock Rovers -v- Bray 8pm Friday
Rovers will be looking to bounce back after two 2-0 defeats to title rivals Dundalk and Cork in the last week. They will be without David O Connor and Luke Byrne who is out for the season, however captain Gary McCabe will return from suspension after his red card b Dundalk.
Bray are off the back of a good win against St Pats however defeat to Collinstown in the LSC will have brought them back to earth. Bray will be without a number of key players with Mick Daly, Conor Earley, Alan Byrne, Paul Finnegan and Hugh Douglas all set to miss the trip to Tallaght.
We fancy Rovers to do they business at home and get back to winning ways with a comfortable victory.

Shamrock Rovers -1 Asian (GENERAL) @ 2.00 - SMALL STAKE

    Shelbourne -v- Athlone 6.45pm Friday
Both teams have had an up and down season, with Shels just sitting on 10 points and Athlone 7 points. Shels beat Athlone just over two weeks ago 3-1 in Athlone, a game which I watch and a game in which Shels dominated for the most part of 90 mins barring a spell that Athlone had at the start of the 2nd half. Athlone won their first League game last weekend against bottom side Cabinteely, but we feel Athlone are a side that teams should have no bother beating.
Athlone have a full squad to choose from, while there has been no Shels team news as of writing.

    Shelbourne -0.75 Asian (GENERAL) @ 1.85 - SMALL STAKE

    ***LEAGUE OF IRELAND BETS***

A win, a half win and a loss last week! Going for 3 again this week, a large, medium and small! A bet aside from the 3 below we'll be keeping an eye out for is Sligo win, they've been drifting and could be a healthy EVENS come kick off on Saturday! Also beware of any Dundalk backers, this match is Live on TV which normally means and dull low scoring game!

Finn Harps -v- Bohemians 8pm Friday
Harps come into this on the back of a draw away to Wexford last week, They've started the season much better than anybody predicted. They're a well drilled side and are very tough to beat at home. We've seen this season, Finn Harps win 3 of their 5 home games, keeping 2 clean sheets.
Bohs have struggled so far this season, They've lost 6 times in the League already this season, including their last 3 League games also failing to score. They've also struggled on the road, losing 4 from their 5 away games and only scoring twice on the road which was in their 2-0 win over Bray. Defensively they have struggled this season and their main goalscoring threat Izzy Akinade is out injured the past few weeks.
We believe that given how fragile Bohs have been this season that Finn Harps should do well here and possibly take all 3 points. Finn Harps manager returns to the dugout also after being banned last weekend.

Finn Harps Double Chance (Bet365) @ 4/5 - MEDIUM STAKE

    Waterford -v- UCD 7.45pm Friday
Waterford have struggled so far this season and find themselves second from bottom. They've managed to achieve just one point out of a possible 15 in their last 5 games and have conceded 18 goals in those 5 games. Waterford have yet to pick up a point at home this season in the League, losing all 5 games to date and conceding 14.
Off the pitch Waterford are in turmoil, with their chairman of 10 years having to step down to health reasons, and the club stating they need €80,000.
UCD have yet to hit form, narrowly losing to high fliers Limerick 2-1 and then only managing a draw against bottom side Cabinteely last week (although this game was hindered as the pitch played host to a rugby match less than 6 hours previous and was in a dire state).
UCD win (PaddyPower) @ 10/11 - SMALL STAKE

    Cobh -v- Limerick 7.15pm Saturday
3rd -v- 1st in Cobh on Saturday evening. I don't need to go over the Limerick situation again, their full time status and Premier Division quality squad is reflected in the League table and their results. Limerick FC have been steam rolling through every team in the 1st Division while also knocking out two Premier Division teams in recent weeks in the League Cup. Limerick have notched up the maximum 27 points to date, with a +32 goal difference in just 9 games. Most recently they put 7 past Waterford in the League!
Cobh, while they've starting brightly this season and are in good recent form will be no match to Cobh. I recently seen Cobh play against Shelbourne in Cobh and Limerick should brush these aside with ease... like the rest of the Division!

Limerick -2 Asian (GENERAL) @ EVENS - LARGE STAKE
