    Tennessee seems the obvious match.

Team needs rebuilding with a QB that Kelly obviously likes. Hopefully can ditch the number one spot for a bunch of lower picks and rebuild that roster

Given his form with the Eagles I'd be amazed if any team gives him the chance to "rebuild" another roster. I can see him getting a HC role easily, but only with a GM who's in charge of the roster and draft.

In fairness although that team had a lot of talent despite picking no.4 overall they where close to a 10 win team anyway talent wise

Really? How many of these "talented" players he got rid of have done much of anything in their new homes? Was a very average roster at that time imo with the lack of a servicable QB turning it into one of the worst teams in the league. What chip did season 1 was amazing

The problem with Chip this year he moved to fast making moves on his roster considering he did so well the 2 seasons previous. Also signing Bradford before the draft and not going for Mariota in the Draft was a big mistake considering that is where he was going with his Eagles. It also seems he was depending far too much on the Zone read which alienated a back like Murray who from High School through the NFL played in more conventional North South schemes and didn't really gel with the Zone Read system.

His final downfall then for me is that NFL players don't react to college style coaching. these are men not college kids and apparently Chip tried to act the same way he would with College kids.

titans dont really have a roster to rebuild..

    We have a QB
We have a couple of ok WRs
We have 1 excellent TE, Fasasno is good but replaceable

Our o-line is a mess, Warmack has basically been a bust, Lewan is ok, rest are terrible.

Dline is very good and probably our best position.

OLB is good but no depth, ILB are good, but Woodyard is aging.

    Secondary is MIA

A lot of the above could do with the hatchet job tbh

I mean it had foles, lesean, desean, maclin, peters, herrimans (who was still good at the time) lane Johnson in that draft, kelce, I think Mathis was already there,Vick who was playing well at the time on offence Eagles had arguably the best o-line in the league very good skill players and competent qbs

On d the secondary was shocking but you had most of the front 7 that is there now

Foles is terrible though. I mean, legitimately awful and has been exposed as such without Chip at the helm.

Ray Farmer is gone in Cleveland, as is Mike Pettine. Then there's this:

    What a mess.

Browns should just sack everyone at this point and the owners should sell.

Panthers go 15-1. Just let that sink in for a moment. It'll be overshadowed now because they didn't get 16-0, but for that roster to go 15-1 is incredible.

It sure is after the season they had last year

I really feel terrible for the fans of the teams that may be moving. Seeing them holding up signs and other things in the crowd saying "please stay in St. Louis/San Diego" is pretty sad. :(

I never grew up with the whole Ravens switch so it didn't impact me at all to be honest, but I can only imagine how the Browns fans felt at the time. Reading the Chargers thread a while back and seeing the comments from the posters there about how the San Diego aspect of the team was special to them was emotional. Then if it doesn't happen this time you're constantly looking over your shoulder thinking "well, maybe it'll be next year".

One of the worst things about the franchise aspect of sports.

It'd be interesting to hear more from those that might be affected by a potential move. What way will it impact your support?

I don't want to see the chargers relocate to L.A. there a San Diego team they dont have any connection with L.A. expect for one season in the 60s, I'm not following the nfl long enough to fully understand why the two teams left in the mid 90s, as i only came to be an nfl fan in mid 2000s, but if two teams couldn't survive in it then and one of them in L.A. since the 1940s, how can two teams survive in it now, with no fanbase there now when they arrive, with tv and internet anybody in any city can watch any team they want so don't need to go a game for a team they don't know or like, that's just moved in beside them,

But out of loyalty to players like river's gates and guys like M80 LT that are retired, I'll still be a charger fan, even if the team moves to play on the moon

I think, looking over the regular season in its entirety now, Russell Wilson is the MVP this year.

    Palmer 2nd.
    Cam 3rd
    Brady 4th.

I'd nearly argue Brady over Cam, too.

It seems Cam has it won, however.

Sorry Knex but that makes no sense. Cam is the MVP, Wilson was average at best for the first half of the season. Good second half but not MVP.

3 things about Payton to the 49ers:

    1. His daughter is an hour away which is why he is being linked with both SF and SD.
    2. He is likely to want some control over personnel decisions so I think that would count against him moving to SF.
    3. He is still under contract to the Saints. If they are looking to trade him for a draft pick I'm not sure SF are in a position to give up much for the sake of a HC.

49ers also being linked with Shanahan, Holmgren, Chip Kelly etc. It really is silly season and a lot of this could be agents trying to drum up interest.

If Wilson was average at best for the first half of the year, what was Cam?

Look at his first 8 games compared to Wilson. Not even close.

    Cam

    Wilson

Put Wilson in that Panthers team, and they are even better, imo.

Must be missing whatever you are seeing.

    Wilson 9 TD's 6 Ints
    Cam 11TD's 8 INT's plus 4 rushing TD's.

Not even close? Seems close enough to me.

The 71.3 passer rating, compared to 91.8.

Also beats him in yards fairly handily, 1523 to 1878.

You said Wilson started the season slow and was average at best, so doesn't deserve it. Cam wasn't even as good as him.

Cam is winning the MVP because Panthers went 15-1, which is insane, but he's not been the best QB this year for me. 3rd or 4th, imo.

Passer rating and passing yards? So we are completely ignoring rushing yeah? Makes sense alright, especially with these 2 QB's.

Going 15-1 comes into it of course as does the Seahawks abysmal start to the season, starting 4-5 doesn't really help Wilsons case at all.

Fair enough if you think Wilson was the best player over the course of the year I'd disagree.

Cams ability to run, his ability to actually throw in the pocket now, He is like having a second running back on the field tbh. He deserves it, Wilson is probably 4th in line.

Wilson had 302 rushing yards to Cam's 286...

I still don't see how you can say Wilson had a poor start to the season, but that Cam didn't, tbh.

Seahawks defence blew leads early on, Panthers didn't. That's pretty much why Cam is winning it. I still believe Wilson is the better QB, and played better when all is said and done.

Cam also showed a great ability to win the tough games. He lead a good few 4th quarter comebacks this season while the Seahawks have been the victim of them a good few times.

I don't even like Wilson, he infuriates me, but I think he'll retire as one of the all time greats. An elite QB. This year has really solidified that in my mind, when you consider the state of that OL, Beastmode and then Rawls going down, and both his TEs getting hurt.

I do not see the same for Cam.

yeah Cam's got greats like Ted Ginn Jr helping him out
