Was thinking of getting rid of Hazard - am I mad?

Wouldn't mind changing someone in midfield for Ozil

I think you're mad still having him in your team!

Not mad at all. Ayew, Hoolahan, Depay also all have better alternatives imo

Thanks, have gone for Ozil this week.

Now that you've kept Hazard for so long, another week or so won't hurt. At least Hazard will play and has potentially good fixtures whereas Depay is just a waste of space there at the moment.

Hoolahan to Alli I think. Ayew could do something against Leicester.

Hazard is on my watchlist at the moment. Chelsea are starting to get it together and he'll surely be the focal point

Yeah, get rid of Depay over Hazard although personally I'd get rid of the two, Hazard has improved but there are other midfielders out there who are doing far better on a consistent basis.

Eriksen, Mata, Coutinho or Barkley in for Sanchez? The venn diagram of form and fixtures is saying Barkley, but I already have Lukaku, and Spurs have a decent run coming up with good team form so thinking Eriksen ..

    IMO...
    Scratch Mata anyway.

Barkely, Eriksen and Coutinho all have tasty fixtures.

I expect Barkley to regress to the norm, I'd go either Eriksen or Coutinho. Think I'll go Coutinho as I have Kane, otehrwise I'd go Eriksen

I would bench Mahrez before Vardy. Vardy will be on pens until he stops scoring.

2 F.T for this week. Not sure what to do about sanchez . Ozil or hazard is what I'm thinking at the moment.

Heartened to see you considering Hazard. I think Ozil is more urgent if you don't have him though. Although i suspect you have your eye on Theo in near future.

As I have Ozil will probably get Hazard. Crunched his stats today on FFS (when I shoulda been working) and there is a very marked improvement in his attacking threat this last 3 games.

He's still a fixtures punt but 3 things are in his favour over the past 3 games or so.
    1 stats improvement as above.
    2. Performance and importantly effort is good, he hasn't put the head down and thinking of where he'll be playing next year which was my fear.
    3. Seems to be back is Josés good books while Costa is the problem child. The opposite appeared true a while back.

He has fixtures, pedigree and a hint of form with stats to back it up.

What's your thinking on when to get Agüero back? if you don't mind me shamelessly picking your brain despite competing with you in several pay leagues!! :)

Oh and what do you make of Coutinho?

Thanks guys. Haven't even got Barkley yet but will likely get him as it could be risky not to. I don't wanna bench Pelle really cos Villa are looking atrocious. I'm leaning towards Mahrez just wanted to see what people thought without me pushing towards a particular player. My AOA is played :(

who are you getting Barkley in for ?
if you have not got him maybe bank it cos I wouldn't be comfortable leaving any of those players on the bench
pelle is a BUIB but you have him and they are playing a woeful woeful villa team so he has to start for u

Am considering Sanchez and Mahrez out for Hazard and Coutinho. Would leave this beautiful midfield:

    Ozil Coutinho Hazard KDB

But then not much in the bank for Aguero up front. Plus Mahrez is still looking good.

My answer is regularly the same in these questions. Mané. But not a bad week to AOA unless you've a good defense.

Sorry, Sanchez. Gonna lose a lot of value on him if I keep. Already lost loads on Pelle and Mané last week :( thanks a mil btw :)

I'm really struggling to know what to do after another red arrow. I'm considering Toby for Davies tonight which would leave me with 1.0M itb. Then Berahino to Ighalo and clear up Sanchez. Advice off some experienced players is well needed!

A lot of interest in spurs defenders. I've had 2 - Dier and Alderweireld, for the last 4 or 5 weeks and gw14 was the first time it paid off.

Yes they have the second best defense in the epl but that's only the 5th clean sheet this season compared to united 8.

Upcoming fixtures are encouraging though but I'm dropping one of them and getting in some united cover as I've none since Darmian lost his place.

I don't reckon Davies is a priority transfer for you at the moment as he's not taking up too much cash.

Sanchez and Berahino need to go in my opinion.

Personally, I'd do Sanchez to KDB or Coutinho.

Ighalo is a good option but after the next two games, his fixtures are pretty bad.

I think you have about 2.1 in the bank? Downgrading Sanchez to KDB will get you .5 so you could afford an 8.6 striker instead of Berahino. The problem is, at 8.6 the only real two options are Benteke or Pelle and neither are convincing.

Downgrading Sanchez to Coutinho saves more money and gives you the option of Kane or Lukaku.

Another plan could be Sanchez to KDB and Mane to Coutinho. Then Berahino to Ighalo in the future. Ighalo is still an option since he's so cheap and will play every game.

Then sort your defence in a few weeks.

Just some options there, sorry if it's confusing.

You already have three 5.0+ valued defenders so I wouldn't be rushing to bring in another.

Berahino out is a must at this stage, and Sanchez to KDB, Coutinho or a riskier Hazard perhaps.

Davies isn't a priority atm. I would do Sanchez to KBD/Silva/Coutinho and berahino to lukaku/Kane. That would set your team up nicely for the immediate future and you can worry about shipping Davies etc in 2 or 3 weeks

I tend to agree that Sanchez and Berahino should go in one deal.
I play 3 upfront so I'd go for Kane/lukaku/costa and a cheap mid for your bench.

If I were you, I'd make a double transfer and get rid of Sanchez for Coutinho or De Bruyen (Coutinho is 2.2 mill cheaper) and Berahino for Ighaloo.

I wouldn't worry too much on your defence as you got plenty of options to go with a 3-5-2 or 3-4-3. Sanchez is too expensive a player to leave on the bench and Berhaino's future at WBA seems over.

    Edit:
Silva is also another decent choice, not many will have him as he has come back from injury and is always a solid point scorer.

Cheers guys! Yeah I might as well hold out on the Alderweireld transfer for the time being. It's not necessary at the moment, but I'm just dying to get back on track with my team value after a handful of my players dropping.

I'm not a big fan of bringing in Coutinho to be honest. I still don't have faith in him delivering consistently. I don't want to miss out on that Brazilian double up that causes mayhem however! KDB looks like a great option as well, I think he is overpriced at the moment however. I won't bother with the defender transfer tonight and ponder on my midfielders over the next day or two!
