£2.86 per meal per person

I'd be serving them cornflakes four times a day at that, and still struggling to balance the books!

I'd hate to think what Lewis is teaching his students

    Oh Lewis.......

What on earth happens these guys?

Strange kitchen? Unfamiliar equipment? The blaze of the lights? Starstruck before Monica?

    They're all PROFESSIONAL CHEFS ffs!

i think when Aaron applied they took him as he has an interesting background. He certainly can't cook anywhere near that standard.

Seems like a nice guy with a bit of ambition all the same.

Did not expect them to pick bobby over Lewis.
    Ooh it's back on tomorrow

I really hoped Lewis might survive - if he started mainlining Red Bull who knows what he might have come up with!

Bobby (young cocky fella, was that his name?) will only get cockier - I predict a crash in flames fairly soon there unless he reigns himself in fairly sharpish.

The lamb guy (sorry, I'm completely hopeless with names, even before I try posting while watching!) looks like the outright leader of that bunch by quite some distance.

It's funny, I only saw the advert for it today, but I immediately thought of everyone on boards who watches it :)

That nice piano piece when they were giving the thumbs up/thumbs down was by Ludovico Einaudi. He's the same guy that did the theme music for 'This Is England', which is why it sounded a bit familiar.

Just caught up with last nights show. The standard seemed lower to other years. Hopefully tonight's batch will be better.
