Maybe not related, but there is a Spanish Air Force A310 circling Teruel airport after the Transaero's landed.

Will the A321 make it in one flight or will it stop off in Gander?

    Most likely via Gander

Considering Ryanair ferry 737's all the way from Seattle to Dublin without stopping, I'd say it will be the same for the A321. Low weight means it can travel further.

Wheres the destination? If its Toronto, then its a shorter distance than Seattle, so the headwinds balance it out. If it can fly 9 hours eastbound id it can fly 7 hours westbound. Doesn't the A321 has a larger range than the 737 too?

For most anyway, an Emirates 777 just landed on 10.

Winds around around 20-25kts from a southeasterly direction.

Just heard what sounded like an AN-12 warble its way overhead here in North county Dublin, but nothing shown on FR. Anyone else hear it or can confirm by any other means that one indeed went over? :)
