I've been given plenty bans and warnings in forums I actually like posting in. It would be really great if I knew enough about rugby to be controversial and banned from here. Would it be enough to say that Brian O'Driscoll is a bumbling man-child of a bully? Or that George Hook is a cantankerous, convalescent tool who is given far too much of a forum?

The off-topic thread probably isn't the place for this, ironically.

Nope. It certainly isn't a soap box for your attention seeking either. Any more trolling and we'll honour your wish of a ban.

Wow, didn't see that coming. Although I still half expect him to be reelected again....

You have to think something juicy is about to come out considering his mind-boggling ferocious defence of himself last week.

Excellent. He is originally from a town called Visp/Viège about 30 minutes from where I live. He is now a complete embarrassment as far as I'm concerned although much like in Ireland with such things the locals are sticking by their man.

So just watched this weeks GoT,
    Spoiler
there is a character in the books that I was sure they would introduce into the TV series that still hasn't appeared. The character only has a very small role in the books so far but is pretty big overall

Also, I guess the fact they are deviating from the books quite a bit makes it interesting for me. If they stuck to the books I'd know exactly what is going to happen each week.

Are you a bit of a telly addict?

You know when you use spoilers you don't have to shy away from details, right?!

These are book spoilers, worth mentioning to telly watchers.

    Spoiler
I'll be annoyed if she doesn't return at all. The other character I was curious about is Aegon Targaryen (Griff).

They are book and telly spoilers.

I have a feeling it's possible we won't see either but it's very hard to know. I suppose it's possible to find out about
    Spoiler
Stoneheart, assuming they used the same casting which you'd have to believe they would

    Another book and telly spoiler

    Spoiler
They seem to have cut the entire Griff story line which is odd, as I presumed he'd play a big part in future seasons and books.

I hope they cut all the Iron Islands bits. Those were a pointless and dull portion of the books.

So where do I start with breaking bad and game if thrones? Sign up to Netflix?

I might be slightly behind the times :D

Game of Thrones is on HBO so it's not available on Netflix I'm afraid!

Breaking Bad is on US Netflix.

GoT is an HBO show. No HBO on Netflix unfortunately as Sky have the rights to their stuff in the UK and Ireland. Best place for GoT is Sky On Demand, all 5 seasons are on there now. Really wish HBO would introduce their streaming service over here.

No, I think you have to pay extra for Sky on Demand.

I think Catch Up is the one where a show is available to watch again for 30 days after it originally airs.

Seems sky no longer have a licence for hbo since end of May so it's now unavailable

However, I dealt with a lovely chap whobwhobis sending me a mini router for free and I can get us for half price for a year pleased with that

Weird, it still shows up on the on demand listings on my Sky Go (though I don't have On Demand content so can't tell if it will actually play).
