He must be trying to get fired.

He tried everything else and just resorted to violence when everything else failed.

Maybe he has something else lined up and he can't quit to join a rival or something.

Then again it could well be a storm in a teacup again

    Don't think so.

My take is this, he has made so much money and become the darling of the greasy overall group, who think the world of him.

He lacks respect from those who really matter, and this behaviour is an attempt to gain attention from the movers, the real movers and shakers of this world.

He's tired of being the idol of a bunch of nomarks who have no influence in the great scheme of things.

    He knows that,and wants more.

    That's my take on it.

Why is it racist to name our amazingly brilliant dog after a footballer?"
As a man walked towards himself and Richard Hammond on Thai bridge, he said "That is a proud moment - but there's a slope on it." Hammond replied: "You're right, it's definitely higher on that side."
"executed in front of their families".
it looked like a simpleton ... [it] should have been called the 430 Speciale Needs".
at the Mexican embassy, the ambassador is going to be sitting there with a remote control like this[ snores]. They won't complain, it's fine."

Devil in disguise he is with all that sense of humor. Lynch him.

Who would present this show - guardian reading bores that's who! No one would watch Zoe (also as you clearly have not been keeping up to speed TG has lauded eco-cars in the past - just not ****e like the Prius)

A spoiled diva doesn't get fed on time so lashes out at senior member of staff? Jeremy Diva Clarkson is the victim in all this?

Wonder what the consequences would be?

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

World is getting far too PC, we need the old dinosaurs like Clarkson to keep it real and keep television from getting as boring as it's getting lately, he only says what most people would think but he doesn't keep it to himself and puts a funny spin on it.

That bint Katie Hopkins is way worse, her remarks are just annoying and off-putting and aimed at rising people and she's on every fecking programme lately, where Jeremy would use some wit and general humour.

If Clarkson quits Top Gear and it gets axed, I'm done with tv, one of the few good shows still on, I love the specials especially.

Punching someone isn't some grand anti-PC statement. It's bullying and assault.

Clarkson is like that asshat Dad of your ex girlfriend. When you called around to her house there was always a stench of middle aged male menepousal sadness off him. Instead of trying to fix his toxic marriage he bought an expensive car, made crap jokes about immigrants and had a poorly disguised drinking problem.

    BBC.

    Bring
    Back
    Clarkson

I just read that there is a petition to bring him back...............:(:(

It's probably old news in this thread, but tbh, even the fact that he's suspended is news is disheartening.
But there are people actively signing the petition..

One of the faces I wish was added in boards, should look like this http://i.imgur.com/lVe0fSA.png?1

    Disappointment

I hope someone starts another petition titled 'hit him back and sack him'.

witch hunt for Clarkson, if that stupid Irish bastard has done his job and made his tea, there would have been no issue

Danny Cohen, BBC's director of TV. I wonder if a good Jewish man will take over for Clarkson.

No I think they're actually serious. I think portions of the Left actually think like that.

Imagine all the injustice and abhorrent things that go on in the world, and the one petition you sign is in support of Jeremy clarkson...
