"Fans" heard chanting "Jump on the heads of Glasgow Celtic" during the game against Hearts.... Youve got to wonder at the mindset of some fans. Ttake away the thuggishness of the chant itself, here they are attending a very important league game against their biggest and most competitive rivals, and yet a section of the crowd have their minds on another club they've yet to meet in competition. It's a head scratcher.

Or maybe they're just showing their dislike for their big rivals who they'll meet in a cup game soon?

Heavens forbid there is rivalry in football, what's it coming to these days.

Then again, unless you were actually there it's all hearsay. Your own manager was there without any abuse aimed at him, so you can stop to pretend we are more interested in Celtic than in what's going on at our own club.

    Seriously wtf????

What I said was pretty clear.
'Our undersoil heating worked, look at us!' Was the general vibe from the online Celtic support while the likes of the Scottish Sun had reports of trouble outside Ibrox long before any apparent skirmishes between fans allegedly took place.

This morning we have our usual round up of he said she said.
Bores the absolute life out if me so it does.

Bollocks. this is what i was referring to
journalists prayed to whatever god they felt would lead to the Rangers support causing some sort of trouble

So there was no trouble then? Keep yer heads in the sand then

Rangers fans display more of their trademark violence and antisocial behaviour, and it's the media's fault for reporting on it :pac: amazing

Kenny Mc Dowall hands in his 12 months notice, must have got the same advice as Ally (secure yourself as a creditor is my guess)

SSN reporting that Rangers are saying he'll carry on as manager, surely not?

He's trying to engineer the same situation Fat Sally is on... He also handed in notice and was serving a 12 month notice period, but lasted only 9 days before being put on "Garden Leave" full pay to sit at home (I'm assuming because the club can't afford to pay the 12 months up front to release them)

Don't think so, went looking for him on their website a while back and couldn't find his name. I think he's gone well over a year.

EDIT - According to this link he's still there - http://www.rangers.co.uk/teams/professional-youth

EDIT (again) According to this he was released by The Rangers - http://www.transfermarkt.com/alan-smith/profil/spieler/148910

That is laughable. The whole thing, Green lying on a hospital bed getting interviewed about Rangers.

Absolutely comical. Nothing surprises me any more.

There you have it folks, Charles Green drugged up in a hospital bed backing Mike Ashley!

According to him, King hasnt put a penny into the club. Hmmmm

He's right about one thing, lucid or not, the fans are the greatest asset. All the business and football politics going on is get control of the assets that bleed them.

He didn't even get a shave from the orderly to meet Jim White from the SKY.

Paraphrasing only slightly; Jame says "I don't want to be takin advantage of ya there lying in the hospital bed Charles". "That would be unusual" Charles retorts.

Great gesture from Celtic to donate £10.000 to Fernando Ricksen.

Saw a clip of the Ricksen match, wow hard to watch really. Really feel for him. Great turnout from the fans, and seeing some of the big names brought back a lot of memories as well.

Yeah it was pretty shocking to see Ricksen's deterioration in such a short time.

Great turnout and hopefully the money raised will go some way to finding a cure for the disease

Only really seeing the footage of Ricksen now. What a shocking deterioration considering he was only diagnosed in 2013. Great turnout by the fans and hopefully the money goes someone way to treating or even curing this disease.

It was a hard watch but hopefully some good comes out of it all.

Mike Ashley has saved your club...so he can bleed it dry.

He might get ye to run within your means perhaps, eventually. Like the way he runs Newcastle, he uses them to bolster his Sports Direct firm, but gets the club to pay for itself?

The club owe him roughly 120 million I suggest you look into him before telling us how good he is

I don't pretend to know for definite one way or the other. From a footballing perspective I know Newcastle fans grumble about him, but Newcastle are doing fairly ok from what I can see. They're not exactly pulling up trees but they're not struggling in the EPL either. They seem to be fairly stable, which wasn't always the case with Newcastle who used to spend a lot of time yo-yoing between the top two divisions in England. Looks like he will use Rangers as a cash cow and an advertisement for his business, but he'll stabilise them in the process?

You really should find out more about Mr Ashley and Newcastle. He won't do our club any good

But you have so far relied on his money what, 2 or 3 times in order to stay afloat. How would you be better off?
