14 (-4) from 4 players, leaving 7 including captain (Hazard) this evening. Drop of about 6k to 25k.

Last night was face palm-inducing for me. Realising at 19:00 that my gamble on Rooney was ill-fated, I agonised over whether to take a ridiculous -4 on the player I had brought in not 24 hours previously or to start George Boyd. Obviously I did the former, and I'm now full of regret. I need my replacement's replacement, Lukaku, to have a stormer this evening to not feel like a complete tool.

If Baines gets anything less than 10 points tonight, I'll be sending him a strongly worded email.

Yeah and attach name to it as well....

wow, with 20 points from 6, I rose over 1000 places last night.

    Was not expecting that.

Come on Kun! Lets have a big one from you tonight! :D

17 with Chambers, Clyne, Sanchez, Hazard (C), Fabregas and Aguero left to play.

In one of those weird positions where I hope Chambers, Clyne and Sanchez all get on the scoreboard.

Benching Boyd at the last minute to give Wisdom the nod has hurt me!

Green arrow so far anyway, moving up 12k places to 142k

Down 700 places to 3.4k with 19(-4). Mata's 9 pointer saved my arse big time!

Aguero(c), Bainea, Fabregas, Azpi and Chambers to play tonight.

    It's weird. i had 1 point more than you and rose from 6.2k - 5.2k and you drop from 2.7k - 3.4K....

    very tight at the top.....

nevermind. I forgot about the effect of the -4

    sorry :o

Up 40 odd places to 813th with 19 points so far, thanks Boyd!

23 from 4 rose almost 20k to 50k getting nosebleeds now. Of course it could all go to shíte if Aguero is rested and Kane is dropped. Team is
    Kuzan
    Wisdom, Dawson, Clichy, Chambers
    Fellani, Sanchez, Hazard, Fabregas,
    Rooney, Aguero,
Subs: Hamer, Kane, McNair and Wanyama

27 points last night with Chambers, Fab, Hazard, Sanchez and Aguero (C) left to play.

    Looking like a good week.

Was sitting on 38k before this game week.

34 so far...its a good job I had Mata(c) with 18 of those because the rest of my team did nothing.

Have Fabregas, Sanchez, Aguero and Larsson left. I'm ahead of the rest now but I'll soon be caught up I think.

Need a Chelsea goal fest tonight please.

    Quite the opposite here!..

Chelsea concede and no Hazard involvement anywhere.

    Everton cs with Baines goal

Aguero to run riot as well.....

And that's tonights wish list complete!

Spurs sources saying Chadli will be benched again tonight for those that have him.

That's disappointing but understandable considering they won the last 2 without him

Are there many other fools, edgits if you will, in the 'needing Aguero to blank to save the gameweek'.

Needless to say that's not a good place to be.

Well it's more a case of needing Hazard to outscore him :pac:

But yes, I think I had enough adventure using the WC in itself but caught up in the moment.

As long as he stays on the bench, then I'm happy. Have Boyd first sub. :(

Haz captain? A good score from Haz and anything from Eriksen will see me salvage the week despite a few very poor decisions IF Aguero doesn't go wild. A blank is too much to hope for but less than 10 I'd take. However I have a feeling of dread all day fully expecting a hat trick! Its Aguero. Against Sunderland. Ffs.

If Arsene wanted to give Alexis a night off too I'd not complain.

Indeed he is. Lloris will probably save a penalty or something!

As a non-Costa owner the last few weeks, there's a masochistic thrill if it does come off. I'll be hoping for an Aguero(c) hatty

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 703 ✭✭✭Honey Monster

I'm hoping Seb Larrson goes nuts. Everyone has the rest of my players and one of them captained (which I don't) of Fabregas, Aguero and Sanchez.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,305 ✭✭✭✭Mr.Prodston

I won't even be mad if Aguero gets a hat-trick. He should be mad at me for not captaining him, but he won't be mad he'll just be disappointed :(

It's ok, I've decided to cop myself on.
No more fear of (c) Aguero.
Yaya is going to step up to the plate for me and rob all Aguero's points.

2 of the guys above me in my money leagues didn't spot the midweek games and have costa/rooney and costa/di Maria as C/VC :) Aguero doing well will let me pass shoot me past them

30-40 points off the lead in my leagues, grand for this time of year, 17 points this week pushed me up 30k places overall to 139k overall . strange week so far . A few goals and assists from Fab and hazard tonight would be great. clean sheet would do as well

Perfectly understandable, but the most frustrating thing is that he's likely to get a 1 pointer off the bench while Boyd rots as first sub. :(:pac::mad:
