Spotted this beauty yesterday in Gorey, UAZ 469, a somewhat acquired taste no doubt but I thought it was lovely, looked in fine shape as well (apologies for the piccies, was in a bit of a rush and couldn't go back to get camera from car)

^^^ Interesting jeep...and reg. I think that's the 'highest' ZV plate I have seen to date...getting close to 100,000!!

Mark my words, the powers-that-be will issue ZV 100000+ unless something is done by the IVVCC before then. They will just follow the same route as ZZ plates...which went over 100,000 years ago.

Wexford ZV allocation. 91201 to 91753 before the December 2011 jump. Then restarts at 91901 (and goes to 94200).

I don't think the ZV allocations would necessarily run "dry" for some time, but they should really restrict issuing them at the end of 2016 to vehicles 1986 and older.
