Where the hell did depression come from? Why do we need it? What have we all done in our lives to deserve this pain? why does it need to affect us, take our perfectly alright lives grab us by the collar of our shirts and drag us into that dark room where light has never seen but a mere gap under the door, bring up our nightmares, our worst fears. throw those clowns we fear at us. beat us down till we can just scratch at the bottom of the door where a shimmer of candle light breaks through.

My friend sits in the corner looking at me. They wont say a word. but i can see it in them they are calling me. But they will wait till im broken, till i can just about move from this strange fantasy i have been thought. They wont laugh they wont smile but just wait there in the same spot till im ready to come. They hold a glass, there's ice cubes in the freezer if i want them. its hot in here. I haven't eaten much. the thought of food hasnt crossed my mind. we've been busy trapped. trying to just get by everyday. I sit opposite my freind. I cant help but keep saying i miss my friends, i miss my alright life. but that doesnt matter now. Im gonna pack that one love i have left in me into the box and save it for when i come back if i come back. I bow my head. my bright designer clothes are gone from my body. i now posses a black t-shirt and black trousers. Im going to go wandering this room now. go with the thought of you in my life while i still remember the good times. i look back at the corner my friend sat in. their gone for now. Id like to think they'll be back but i dont have the energy to make such calculations in my head. Its too dark in here, why would i think about life outside these walls. my captor will only make it worse. probably drown me or something.

I start praying. I dont like this. i want it to end. id cry but i cant find that emotion. id be sad but everything is sad now. there is no happy what is that? Its silent in this room i can here my blood flowing the pure idea of hearing sure a mad thing would make me smile but not this time. i pull myself up on the chair beside my friend. i open the freezer, and place some ice into the glass beside my friend. they still wont say a word. placing the ice into the freezer i sigh. is this gonna be my last sigh? I touch my friend looking at them as the only friend left with me in this room. I then gently pour them into the glass. I cant remember much after that its just so dark in this room.

Omg we should totally do that have a poll. votes are mod A or mod B. we dont know which mod is which someone from the public will put one of the names on each piece of paper but the mods will not know if they are A or B. we will vote and at the end a photo will be posted of the mod with the most votes. just for the bants ya know.

On a completely unrelated note, a random question for yiz. Would any of you be interested in being part of a podcast? I'm currently in the process of putting together something and I'm just sounding out whether or not people'd be interested in being on it. T'would basically be an hour talking sh*te over skype, loosely based around the week's events on and off Boards... (Disclaimer: This may never actually materialise, but I'm trying to get motivated to do it. :P)
