    sat am.. edenderry 10k,,,46:18,20th place...lost a good few seconds on the monster hill,..out late last nite didnt help and the threat of the barrys hanging over me:o..happy enuf with result,kept it steady without burnin matches,average hr down 12% last 10k on a way harder course with just a 20second time loss,...7.5

    monday..tuff enuf 14 miles around the hills with jbski,brendan and Ms,..up to fairy castle from marley,down onto WW to jonny foxes and back to marley via dublin way and kilmashogue,....bstards roobed me almond slices...14

    wed,,,got my time back from the govt man,so did wat any self respecting pubic servant does,ripped the piss outta it,feckd off for a half day,,,headded down towards raheney,but got lost and ended up in kilbarrack,made way to clontarf, and back to ballymun via marino,nice 14 miles in d wind and rain,,got back just in time for tea and waited to clock out a 5:30,nice ,,,,, 14
