This is why they invented the McGuffin The Heisenberg Compensator in the TNG transporter system.
We may have to wait until we can piggy back an integrated computer into the growing brain that can take a snapshot of our mindstate, this can be transmitted to a host.

If I was a betting man I'd wager you wouldn't have to map the brain to the smallest physical scale to make another Ciderman or o1s1n, maybe the molecular scale would do. 'Just' recreate the exact same neurological connections in your brain and you'd be sorted. Not sure we'll find out in our life time though.

Actually it's deeper than that from what I've read, it's not the observation changing a system that's the issue (yes bouncing a photon off an electron affects it) - the uncertainty of a quantum system is a fundamental property of it (due to it's wave-like nature?). It's in several/many states before we go 'looking' from my limited understanding.

Ghostchant probably correct me on that. :o

Anyway, I moved the conversation to PM so as not to derail the thread too much. :)

To make another Ciderman I think all you'd need is a shop mannequin with a walkman hanging around it's neck, playing a looped tape of me saying "Look I got something new", "Oh I sold it", "Oh look, I bought it again!" just repeating it forever, no one would ever know the difference

About fecking time that masterpiece was rereleased!

Interested in knowing if any of the music in it was axed due to copywrite.

    Apparently nothing was changed.

I'm loving it, more so the second time round now that I actually know what I'm doing & have a basic grasp of how RPG's actually work :o

It's dragon quest based so if you are having trouble with bosses then remember buffing up your defense and lowering the enemies is a necessity.

Yeah my first time playing it, it all seemed very random to me. After reading up & watching some general RPG vids I have a much better understanding of the genre now, & I'm enjoying the game all the more for it.

I must do that, I always found battles a bit arbitrary, typically ending with my death.
Better still, I'll consult with my boy, at least he's finished a few rpgs at this stage

There are 7 figures in the above set and I have one from back in the day. These were the last thing I'd expect to find in a charity shop but I guess that's the way game chasing goes.

Well, it's kind of something new, sold GTA5:CE this morning for 130 and bought the standard version of the game in Smyths, as well as Farcry 3, and have 50 left over.
Not bad with only 4 hours sleep!

Or maybe it's a famicom disk system?

No, it's just a Wii mini.

Atavan, please let me come to your house and clean your Famicom :0/

On a related note to the Wii Mini, my main hacked Wii seems to have died and wont power up any more (just solid red led). I've tried the power brick fix ect but no joy.
So, can I just buy a new Wii and hack it or have they blocked all that in recent firmwares?

    Edit:
Also, that writing on your wrist says Beef Noodles :)

Yeah sure! I've been afraid to clean it in case it takes the stickers off. Any tips?

Not sure about what firmware versions if any are unhackable. I'm sure it's online somewhere.

It says Godzilla on my wrist actually :pac:

    It's kinda a thing now isn't it, that I do :(
And for that reason I am not going to buy a PS4 or Xbox One until 2014, so as to be sure that the one I buy is the right one, before selling it and buying the other one, before changing my mind again..... I'm troubled, what can I say :(
Turns out though, that the standard game of GTA5 is exactly the same as the CE version, who knew?

As for Far Cry 3 being on PSN, I know, I just wanted a physical copy and it was 19.99, so feck it.
I also want a copy of Most Wanted, despite it living on my hdd.
