Got my first tattoo today. It's a small one, about 2 to 3 inches tall, on my left inner forearm.

Courtesy of Brian in Wildcat. Reason I got it was to see what getting one feels like, because I'm booked in with Kris on Friday morning for this monster!

Had this done today in Skin City, by Pawel.

    Four and a half hours.

Another four or five to finish this and blend the two on my arm together.

Make sure you confirm how handsome and intelligent I am to boards! :p

It is a small world, I was only thinking yesterday about someone from boards potentially being there at the same time.

Nothing major, but I did get a microdermal on Friday.

Wasn't too painful, and it feels fine now. Still petrified I'm going to end up ripping it out by accident :o

Got this done a few days ago, it's my first and I'm really happy with it. The picture doesn't really do it justice. I'm dying to add something to it now, but I haven't a clue where to go with it  Any ideas?

Represents a thief. I remember watching a documentary all about Russian prison tattoos, amazing stuff.
Think a tiger baring its teeth was a very aggressive thief.

supposedly. Pretty much every type of tattoo has been linked to some gang at some time or another. I dont think people are going to assume I'm a russian gangster when they see them. I just wanted victorian cat people

A cat with and monocle and top hat is a very specific image though, its not a standard "every" type of tattoo.

Just not a fan of tattoos with specific meanings being used outside the culture that they have meaning in. Thats just me
