Hi folks,

Just closing off the old "I'll show you mine" thread and starting off a new one!
So post up the pics of your new ink/metal proudly for all to see! :)

When posting pics, if you can, please include a little detail on it, for example:
Your idea behind it, who did it, etc...

Discussion wise, please avoid simple "That's great!" type comments. If you have genuine questions, feel free to ask, otherwise just 'like' the post if you like the tattoos.

*Please avoid quoting images in replies, as this can make going through the thread difficult*

To remove an image from your reply, look within the quoted text for something like the following:
imagename.jpg
and simply remove this part from the text.

As usual, the pics/comments posted must stay within the rules in charter and the general Boards rules. If you're unsure, feel free to PM me or Hellrazer to check with us.

Damo

Still unfinished piece by Sean in Snakebite. Was supposed to get it all finished today, but as you can see, I heal stupidly slow

Wojt in Wildcat in Jervis did this compass on me nearly two years ago now:

DSC00182.jpg

So today I started work on another nautical piece by Wojt, the first sitting was around 5 hours today. He'll be finishing off the lighthouse and adding stormy skies and sea foam. I get it finished off Sunday week. Really loving how it's turned out so far. The man pays attention to detail meticulously. Hopefully, I'll get him to finish off the leg with other pieces over the years.

Here's todays work so far (Excuse the clothes on the floor, it's hard to take a picture of your own leg :p):

My shoulder piece which was done by Ian Flynn in JMD's.
Sorry for the crappy pic! The unclear image on the bottom left is the Phoenix's nest on top of a cliff face & a smouldering demon inside it.

Here's my latest, excuse the shiny pics, camera on my phone is a bit crap. Got it done yesterday by Chris Nunez, guesting in Allstar in Limerick. It's Waltzing Matilda with a J underneath.

So this is my baby, Stalker :) The tattoo was done by Luca (Łukasz) in Kilkenny.
I got it done as a tribute to my brother, and honestly I couldn't have picked anything better than that. I'm very happy with it.
It's my first, but certainly not last :D

@Atavan-halen

Roughly how long did your Koi take, looking into something similar and just want to roughly know?

Thanks

Koi was 2 hours but that's just for the basic outline as what you see. Still needs to be finished and coloured in so might take another 3 hours to get finished.

My Koi Fish took around 5 hours to do. Looking into completing a full sleeve on that arm.

Im not showing off my ink this time--Gonna show off a couple of builds.

First is my attempt at a direct drive rotary--Hits like a fecking sledgehammer but a bit rough looking since I really need a bench grinder/brush to clean it up--a dremel just doesnt do it and the second is a rebuild of a machine I picked up a couple of years back.

Everything has been replaced on this bar the frame--new coils,a-bar,fully rewired-stripped back to the metal and resprayed a nice hot red colour--Think it was a crappy ebay machine but it actually works now :)

Just a view of my new hobby :)
