I AM reading the post properly, and now I ask another question: You say 'tits on the beach are a welcome sight'. If it bothered You when with Your son, why do You make the statement above? I really have no idea whether You are moaning, or what.

Go almost to any beach in Europe, and You'll see topless women by the thousand. What then? Get over it, accept that it is nature, and that the body should NOT be an issue. It's people who make a pair of boobs an issue who i worry about.:rolleyes:

I'd find it a bit strange too tbh, even though I'd no doubt get used to it. I don't care if that's "unenlightened" or whatever though. I am able to separate the sexual aspect of breasts from breastfeeding however, but in fairness, vast majority of women breastfeed in public with the boob hidden anyway.

It... isn't? This "shame" stuff re nudity or partial nudity is well overstated. Lots of people simply prefer to be naked in private or in certain contexts rather than any context at all. If there's such "shame" how come it's completely acceptable for girls to wear next to nothing and how come tits are universally loved?

You could argue that faces are sexual. They are the first thing that attracts us to someone else and kissing is definitely pleasurable! In some cultures faces are considered so sexual that women have to keep them covered in public and can only have them on show when in their own house.

Aye. Although breasts are objectively more sexual than faces, seeing as stimulation of them can actually cause orgasm. There's a direct line from them to the happy place. I know kissing can cause orgasm too but that's specifically the mouth/lips, not the overall face.

It is another example though of what we are less used to being taboo - in a negative, anti-woman way in some societies (e.g. face-covering) but I think in a more positive way here. Just eroticisation rather than repression.
