Just a note, my name is Dave. If any body who I haven't met before introduces themselves using their boards handle later this evening I will punch you in the face.

Hi, my name's Oregano, but you can call me State.

My 1st name isn't hard to guess ha, I'd be similarly as anal as dave to anyone who refers to me using my handle:P, except bar I do end up in a wheelchair like my southpark counterpart tonight, hmmmm I hope there aren't any steeple barriers etc left around the track?

Awesome idea for future events - introduce the steeplechase or hurdles!

Only a few hours to go and made a school boy error - drank all my beers last night feel hungover and need to get more supplies. Plus managed so smash one bottle of moose head while opening and now need a new opener.

Good luck to everyone tonight and remember to clean up your puke after you ;)

The 4-Lap Beer Steeplechase (4 beers, 4 quarters, 16 barriers, 4 water pits)
    Best known effort: 8:52.0
Any takers? I thought I had ecoli on for a smackdown challenge with this, but the lazy sod couldn't even be bothered coming tonight for a normal beermile.

If anyone is planning on meeting me off of the **** at *pm, at the *nd last stop, can they send me a pm, so we know to wait for you? It's just under a 1 mile walk from the **** to the *****, so we'll need to leave the **** stop at around *pm + 10 minutes.

and for the love of God....
    Don't forgot your bottle opener!

Ha, most of the group I train with on the greystones track have theirown puking territory spots, for after sessions etc! But anyways, high chance of me puking tonight, puked like mad during my 1st ever beermile, and only just kept it down 2nd attempt.

If it keeps raining there might be a few water jumps anyway.
Must bring a hat don't want to get my hair wet before we go to the pub.

Does anyone (Krusty maybe) know if there is actually any parking in <snip> Or if anyone else is driving, where are you thinking of parking, just looks like a load of housing estates around the park.

Edit: A PM might be a better option if anyone can help so as not to give away the location.

There is plenty of parking at the location, the carpark is at the other end of the park

It's hard to relinquish that power for long ;)

Due to some over exuberance and poor math last night myself and CL have been left with 7 bottles of Pabst, the lads in Redmonds are going to be asking questions when I pop in for another 12 today :D

Just back from my warm weather training stint, bench pressing kegs and long reps of 2-3 x "Oh sh!te im out of money where is the nearest atm and back" a day

Don't know if I have tapered enough for it but guess we shall see :D

Just a referrence though my 6.17 was not Kingston rules compliant regarding the beer so anyone who plans on lumping on me I would advise against :)

NYC, its much more conducive to beer mile training with world class facilities:

    US Training Centre

Shit my bad, sorry. I'm having a blonde day and I'm one of the few who hasn't been killing his brain cells all week chugging beers. :D

I'm about 3 miles from the race venue, and conditions not looking so great here. Quite windy and very heavy showers.

All part of the fun! By the end we should all be plastered* in various combinations of muck, beer, and puke, with gales of flatulence to follow shortly afterwards.

    *pun intended :)
