 .  To be honest, I'd go with it being an over reaction to cyber-bullying that is the reason for the caution.  Definitely more so than the conspiracy angle, anyway.  But I also don't think anyone will really learn anything from this.  Maybe I'm getting old and cynical, but it would take a hell of a lot more than situations like this to make a genuine change.
