    Okay finished the book and falling asleep.


    Brownies with baileys sounds intriguing. Supposed to put 1 shot into the cheesecake. lol. More like a glass of it

    So the brownies are cooked and in the tin cooling.

    I stupidly forgot to line the tin and now they are stuck to it, wonderful.:rolleyes:

    The last few days I've been wearing clothes that I haven't worn in a while, can't believe how much better they fit me! I've no idea how I've lost weight, apart from the clothes thing I don't really feel like I have and I've been in exam-type "eat all the crap I can get my hands on" mode for ages, and haven't been doing as much exercise in the last few weeks either. Very strange altogether!

    Going to audition for a choir later, so I feel very very nervous :o Fingers crossed it goes well, they're having a carol service the night before I leave Paris for Christmas and it would be a magical way to spend my last night here.

    I'm getting a peppa pig cake made for my nephew for his birthday, someone google peppa pigs cakes and help me pick an idea for a cake to make for him...there's too many. Want all the cakes.

    Went to bed at 10:30 last night and got up at 9:30 feeling wayyyy better today. Yay feel better just on time for monday. :rolleyes:

    I'm in crap form today. Got to do a mystery shop so god help them if I don't get excellent service. Going to go visit my gran after, that'll either cheer me up or bum me out completely depending on how she is.

    Had such a good sleep last night, full of drugs. Had mad dreams though! Shoulder is still quite sore today but the muscles seem to have stopped spasming anyway :)

    Chocolate and Baileys are gorgeous together. Just don't put too much into a cheesecake or it won't set properly.

    It set ok the first time, not the second time. Spooned it out happily anyway :D
    I found dr oetker gelatin in the meantime which is supposed to be in the recipe in the first place, so I will try again at some stage.
    I just poured in bit by bit until it had a definite baileys taste; I think the condensed milk drowned it out if you only put in a tiny bit.

    Hey Ladies! I'm on a weekends holidays from work. I feel amazing. Spent yesterday shopping and drinking hot chocolate with friends. Got part of OHs Xmas pressie.
    Only 15 days of teaching practice left!! Eeeeep!! We have advent Calanders in the office to count down to our last day.
    Hope everyone is having an amazing weekend!!
