I banned myself from playing the sims. Had it when I was 14 to about 16.It interfered with my sleep (strange dreams and all) and I used to forgot to eat when playing it. SO addictive (for me anyway).

All the expansion packs are still upstairs.:cool:

I didn't think it was worth paying €70 for a graphics card at the moment until I can see what the on board chip graphics can push out. It should be more than enough to manage the video decoding, it's whether or not I decide to load up emulators for the N64, SNES and Megadrive on it and if it'll be able to manage it. It should, though. I do have older graphics cards hanging about but but they don't have HDMI out, so I can't hook them up to the TV (there's two HDMI's put through the wall from the corner to the TV.)

I bought a Logitech keyboard with a trackpad on it as well. I'm hoping my father uses this computer and I can reclaim my laptop he's been using the pat two years. All he does is check e-mails, flights and donedeal/adverts. I might be having a dinner party next weekend (squeee) so hopefully I have it setup with Mario Kart by then.
