I'd guess either a straight out refusal or a silly increase tbh.

There has to be a logic to it, as i said the car is unmodified and i just want the numbers

Depends on the insurer, took aviva 3 days to get back to me about coilovers and a exhaust. The coilovers were the parts they had the issue with.

Coilovers make the car slower surely ?

I'd go with option A from 123. They don't like any tinkering.

But if you don't ask you don't receive...

123.ie will not insure engine mods.
You have NO hope of getting a quote.

    Only hope is arachas.
Trust me. I have most of that list and have done all the calls.

Arachas won't take on an ST either though, as a new customer. I tried them before I renewed myself. You did well getting with them. :(

    Removal of 3-4 dents
    Detail and fixing of paintwork
    4x Goodyear F1 Assy (gulp)
    (New one) Plastidip

Well it's very different, quicker and more nimble obviously! Just plain fun to drive, where as the a4 was a small bit laborious at times. But the a4 was nice too tbh..
