    Did I? Must have been around the time I had some 'monetary issues', and decided to get a nice economic diesel instead!

    Tempted to phone my insurer tomorrow 123.ie with a lost of modifications to try and pin them down on what costs what, should i or shouldn't i ?

    Example

    Upgraded bushes
    Upgraded Springs
    Upgraded Intercooler
    CAIS
    Upgraded Panel filter
    Stage 2 remap
    Sports cat
    Piper exhaust system with cat back
    Turbo downpipe

    Haha that's some list already and im sure there is more, gulp :p

    And this 'CAR HAS A VERY SLIGHT KNOCK IN THE ENGINE WHEN IT WARMS UP HENCE PRICE' Price; €2350!

    Who in their right mind would pay €2350 for this dirtbox when the engine is knocking? And the seller sounds like an asshole

    Ya, I think its a good idea surely. Atleast youl have an idea of what you would pay. Instead of getting them mods and see your insurence sky rocket. :)

    Also, report back here with you findings or a PM if required. Because im a noisy parker. :p /JOKE.

    Will do, i will just tell them car is currently unmodified but i am an motors enthusiast not a boy racer and don't mind paying a couple hundred euros more on my premium to be insured properly and i want the relevant figures from their underwriters

    That's the whole point of the phone call, for a breakdown so i can see whats what.

    All those mods would proably bring the car to just under 300bhp, they are pretty much the mods the cars standard layout can take w/o changing brakes/clutch/turbo etc

    Got the alloy back straightened this morning so had a bitta craic in it today, sports mode is insane! Also saw andyseadog's glanza today, he has it looking great in fairness to him :)
