    Ideally about 11 or so. I'm not a morning person, but would like to be done by a reasonable hour of the day.

    Will let you know on sat, i'm working sunday afternnon so might be doing an early run, not 100% srue yet.

    Our Sunday club LSR is starting from the cross at 11am, if you kids fancied running in a bigger group...

    sorry about yesterday - was chatting to a lad from the club and before I knew it we were doing 5.20 km's and you guys were lost :(

    bad form of me to ask you to join us and ditch you immediately :mad:

    The two lads who temper the pace were not there Sunday, so the fast people got to the front and dragged us around :)

    I'm interested alright! May have to drop out before the full 15mi, I'm scheduled for 9mi on HH Inter 1 but sure I'll see how I'm feeling. Where and what time were you thinking?

    Myself and KC are doing a recce of the Dublin Mountain Plod

    When: sunday 8th July at 10am (tbc)
    Where: Marlay park (carpark at the back).
    Distance: 13.1 - 15 miles
    Pace: unknown. Taking it easy enough though

    Sorry Seanie. I have just arranged to do the run with the Club as they are doing exactly 15 miles on sunday morning.

    Hi all I've finally got some Saturday's free so looking to run every Saturday if people are free. ( if people want to meet for some smaller runs on Sunday's or during the week aswell)

    Starting next week the 14th July

    Location: Papal Cross
    Time: 9:00am
    Distance: start off about 8 miles next week and increase from there
    Pace: approx 10min/mile
