Recently purchased this car (tis only a 1.6 awd) as a run around, its going to be used for firing into hedge's / fields at rallies ect, its a bit rough around the edges so it'll do what I want it for perfectly. It cost me peanuts and its got a major mechanical overhaul since I got it (full gasket change ect) as it seems the last owner didn't look near it, runs like a dream now though :)

They're a grand car. Was my first new car and loved it. Just a boggo 1.4 but did the job for me at the time.

I'm loving it so far. I was used to my mothers 1.2 Mazda 2 so the 1.6 alone is a big jump, nevermind the DOHC VTEC :D I want to do an engine tuck or something like that, can't find anything online to get me started. Anybody have any experience making engine bays dazzle? :)

Any decent car shampoo in a foam lance. I bought one in Halfords in Waterford for €25 recently for my Karcher washer.

Not even sure, wasn't mine. :pac: Bit of a gimmick if you ask me, won't be using it meself.

Love that ^^ GTI, wheels really set it off. I'd say its a hoot to drive.

Stop. Really fighting with myself to sell it.

Last thing I want is for it to end up being abused by some t055er.

I drove it today and I have to say that it's almost as nice to drive as the
M 5. I replaced the EDC with Bilstein and Eibach and the suspension is rock solid. Negative 1.6 camber up front (phoenix motorsport) helps it corner better than the latter even on boggo firestones.

The thought that I will be very lucky to get 8k for it is reminding me that I could on the road in it in 9 years time for a few euro per year.
