    For what provider?

Hotmails "smart screen" has been acting the mick lately with a lot of my forum alerts, not just boards. Even work emails on my safe list it's been restricting their content.

My email is Yahoo and my browser is Firefox so it seems it's a boards issue, not a personal one.

EDIT: Just got 40+ email notifications - maybe it's fixed!

We're having a bit of a discussion about this thread and how it's fitting in/ or not into the motors forum at the minute. Going to close it for now, just to give us a chance to figure things out.

We'll update yee in a bit.

    Aaaaaaaand we're back.

Right, first of all apologies for the delay, now we've decided to reopen this thread, since we all love it so much. There's a few things that people need to keep in mind.

No NSFW links are to be posted in this thread. Doing so will result in immediate bans.

Try and be civil to one another, constantly posting sexual innuendos and crass posts gets annoying for everyone, so if we could all try keep that to a minimum.

Report posts if you have a problem with them, it'll flag it for all mods to have a look.

Yes let's glorify that a poster was asked politely to step back!

Good to see the thread back though :)
Maybe something relating to a thread rebuild, fresh start!

So, anyone on here play Forza Motorsport 4? Love the Fujimi Kaido track. Pity that in the vs Sprint mode the traffic, like Ireland involves lots of Tiidas

Yeah, I'm currently addicted to Forza :)
The online gaming is a bit sucky though just muppets crashing into you.
Just did a race spec Nissan Leaf, great craic.
My favourite so far is a Datsun 510 with a skyline engine swap on original tyres and suspension.

What's your Gamertag? Mine's "Hunter8842", Don't ask about the name, was made back in my youth :pac:

I was never one for the Public races bar drifting as everyone seems to play properly in that mode. Loving the take off power of a Q7 Tea Diddly Eye. It just hammers supercars off the line.

Got Forza 4 on the Xbox but am new to all this internet gaming thing. How does the online racing thing work? Do I have to connect the Xbox to the wifi?:o

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 73,327 ✭✭✭✭colm_mcm

Yeah, or you can use an ethernet cable.

You'll need Xbox live subscription €24 for 3 months.

See it's hooked up to the wifi but I don't have the Live thing. Gotta get me some of that shizz and see how it works..

On a side note glad to see this thread back. Missed somewhere to just banter around the place..:D

You should have 1 month free XBL Gold with your Xbox.
