    It's not easy Snowie, it really isn't. No point pretending, cos it's not. Think how chuffed you'll be tomorrow when you haven't smoked though :)

    Just watched a movie with a few friends, nice and relaxed. First Saturday night in in quite a while, it's nice.

    If I'd been anywhere nearby I'd be at beers with bells on! Big shiny bells!
    Night was good, dvd, couple sneaky beers, and now cant sleep....

    Dr G I'm hiking with 60 kids today so there was no drinking for me last night! Glad you'd fun :)

    Im in a hape,like an actual hape.

    We did 13 pubs and the last one we were there til about 2 in the morning.

    Easily 16 pints had.

    My parents would be so proud.

    Fair play to you Otis, I am doing the 12 pubs next week but I don't expect to get all 12 as I have a Christmas party Thursday and Friday night!

    Made my own smoothie this morning and I have to admit, it's rather nice.

    Ingredients:

    About 6 strawberries chopped up
    1 banana chopped up
    1 Glenisk low fat organic strawberry yoghurt
    About half a glass of Tropicana Tropical Fruit juice

    It's a bit thick but other than that, pretty nice.

    Was watching the European Cross Country Championships earlier. Great to see Finnoula Britton of Ireland coming first in the women's race and Joe Sweeney finishing in the top 10.

    Finnoula was like a machine- what a strong finish.
    I saw Joe win the Nationals in Sligo a few weeks back, he's unreal. An animal of an athlete- apparantly he runs something like 110 miles per week :O

    I walk about 20 to 30 i can't run at all my knee is so hammered if i start to run it gives way with in a minute.... :/
