This isn’t really the thread I don’t think to go into this in any real detail I’m going to start a separate thread about weather manipulation at some stage but I need to find out some things read up some more about it before I do. I’ll touch on your question though.

I think there are many possible things “bad” about weather manipulation both physical and ethical. Leaving the majority of the potential science discussed in the Airforce 2025 research paper out of it, that stuff is on another level its off the wall in my opinion, the most familiar and attempted weather manipulation we know off is cloud seeding and nobody knows for sure the short/long term effects that might have on people or the environment for example does inducing rain in one area result in a drought in another area?. Cloud seeding is an experiment just like anyone else who is playing God with the weather. They are experimenting.

The people undertaking research/testing/experimenting of this nature are scientists. Scientists have an obligation to conduct their research in an ethical way which includes obtaining the consent of people affected. Weather affects everyone. If for example the military is undertaking behind the scenes testing/experimenting in weather modification then they are not adhering to or the military scientists aren’t adhering to their ethical obligations. Also, society has an ethical/legal obligation to use technology wisely to avoid long term adverse effects on the environment. We just don’t know what long term affects of such testing/methods might have on the environment or people.

Specific reason- I thought that people who are interested in persistent contrails may have an interest in geoengineering as it has been suggested that the persistent contrails seen around the world may be due to experimentation in weather modification.

I did not post the articles above as evidence of a conspiracy. I hope you are ok with that. If not please take it to PM or let a mod deal with it.

More nonsense, why would the EU-US try and commit mass genocide in the first place, and if they were why ,use swine flu, which has a death rate similar to normal flu. Aswell as that, they'd be putting themselves and their own populations at risk
